Our Glacial Water is sourced deep below our brewery from an ice age reservoir, traced to the Palaeolithic period some 14,000 years ago.

Non Alcoholic Doris Plum Cider, a great alternative for the original. We've cut out the booze, but left in the good stuff like the Hawke's Bay Doris Plums we all know and love. Drink these non-alcoholic ciders anywhere, any time you want and enjoy a little extra Doris in your life.

Non-Alcoholic Doris Plum Cider (<0.5%) looks a seductive magenta, and has aromas of plum, apple, and grape. On the palate it's sweet, tart, and very refreshing.  This cider is also gluten free.

Zeffer - It's hard to beat a classic crisp apple cider.  This was the first cider we crafted and like all good originals, it's stayed true to form.  A bit like a Ford Cortina or timeless white shirt, our Crisp Apple is straight up and enduring.  It's dry, tangy, green apple goodness and carefully crafted by our cidermaking team each session.

5.0% ABV.

The 'Poiré', or Pear Cider, is a fresh cider with refined taste, produced from three varieties of pears that come from multi centennial orchards. 

All of Pere Jules products are made from apple and pear varieties that are carefully selected from traditional orchards of tall trees in a protected area of controlled production (AOC). 

It is excellent to drink with any sea food.

The Kerisac “Cuvee Speciale" sweet ('Doux') is a traditional French Cider, made with 100% of French apples carefully selected in our own orchards in Britanny. Kerisac Cidre Doux presents a beautiful blend of bright colours with fine and light bubbles. It offers subtle aromas of ripe apple, pear and fresh autumn fruits. 

Kerisac Cidre Doux is perfect on its own as an aperitif, and can also be paired with sweet-sour meals, fresh fruits and desserts.

Vibrant and delicious feijoa cider! Made from freshly pressed feijoas and apples from our orchard which were wild fermented with a portion co fermented and aged for 12 months to create complexity and depth of flavour = flavour explosion!

The result is a bright and invigorating cider! Off-dry and zesty with lovely feijoa flavour straight from the tree!

Apples: blend of heritage apples

Peckham's - Fresh berry against a structured cider background, with no added sugar.  This cider captures the aroma and taste of fresh, whole, Nelson boysenberries.  It's probably the only berry cider you will find made from 100% Juice.

5.4% ABV.

Pure Kingston Black juice wild fermented in oak.  Sour notes from the addtion of a little of our Brett Monster cider fermented at Garage Project's wild workshop.  This is as close to a Sidra Natural as we have come.  Unfiltered, enjoyably acetic, and a little too quaffable.

7.5% ABV.

The sweetness is balanced with tannins from the apples, giving body and structure. Tasty and easy to drink.
