Our Glacial Water is sourced deep below our brewery from an ice age reservoir, traced to the Palaeolithic period some 14,000 years ago.

Peckham's - To make Pommeau we ferment apple juice fresh from the press, allow it to mature and then have it distilled into apple brandy.  About 12 litres of cider go to make each litre of brandy.  The brandy is aged in oak casks until blended with fresh cider apple juice the following harvest.  The sweet, brandy-rich Pommeau is then matured in oak for a further six months before bottling.

Zeffer - It's hard to beat a classic crisp apple cider.  This was the first cider we crafted and like all good originals, it's stayed true to form.  A bit like a Ford Cortina or timeless white shirt, our Crisp Apple is straight up and enduring.  It's dry, tangy, green apple goodness and carefully crafted by our cidermaking team each session.

5.0% ABV.

Who doesn't love the taste of a fresh Golden Queen peach? Well, here it is in liquid form with its delicious deep golden colour and intense flavours of summer in a glass at 4% ABV.

A nice refreshing Brut. A beautiful blend of bright colours. Fine, light bubbles and aromas of biscuit, bread and hints of flowers and nuts. A smart, dry, clean palate with ripe apple, pear and fresh autumn fruits. With a well balanced, crisp acidity and a smooth cream mousse. Lasting tarty acidity on the long and delicious, tangy finish.

The 'Poiré', or Pear Cider, is a fresh cider with refined taste, produced from three varieties of pears that come from multi centennial orchards. 

All of Pere Jules products are made from apple and pear varieties that are carefully selected from traditional orchards of tall trees in a protected area of controlled production (AOC). 

It is excellent to drink with any sea food.

Scoundrels and Rogues - Sometimes, bigger is better.  Made by the most irrepressible Scoundrels and Rogues in North Canterbury.  This 2016 Imperial Cider is made from one batch selected out of that year Pleasantly Corrupted cider.  It spent eighteen months in barrel, meaning it is intense, it has got a character, and despite its 10.9% alcohol, it is so drinkable it could only be evil.

This cider is handmade and mildly offensive, but you'll get over it.

A generous, medium-sweet cider.

 Local Nelson apples with a touch of residual sugar that pumps the fruit to the fore. Sweeter than a K.I.S.S.

CLASSIC - 5.0% ABV

This is an honest cider with plenty of character. Zesty and fresh with a touch of apple pie, and subtle complexity from some great cider apples.
