CLASSIC - 5.0% ABV

Pure Kingston Black juice wild fermented in oak.  Sour notes from the addtion of a little of our Brett Monster cider fermented at Garage Project's wild workshop.  This is as close to a Sidra Natural as we have come.  Unfiltered, enjoyably acetic, and a little too quaffable.

7.5% ABV.

A selection of wild fermented blends from the cellar, dominated by late bittersweet cider apples. A complex cider with distinct farmhouse notes that conjure up oak tables, earthenware jugs and thatched roofs.

Zeffer - It's hard to beat a classic crisp apple cider.  This was the first cider we crafted and like all good originals, it's stayed true to form.  A bit like a Ford Cortina or timeless white shirt, our Crisp Apple is straight up and enduring.  It's dry, tangy, green apple goodness and carefully crafted by our cidermaking team each session.

5.0% ABV.

Pere Jules cider is produced from no less than 20 different varieties of apples. This gives it a very nice balance between the sweet, bitter and acidic varieties. All of their products are made from apple and pear varieties that are carefully selected from traditional orchards of tall trees in a protected area of controlled production (AOC).

After a fermentation process and a light filtration, it is bottled in order to naturally develop its own natural gas. This gives it the fine bubbles.

Made with sweet, tangy apples and fruity notes, this smooth, chewy cider with fresh apples will go perfectly with your fruit pies and other pastries.

2% ABV.

This complex blend of sweet, bitter and bitter apple cider apples gives a nose to the mixed aromas of fresh fruit and ripe fruit, as well as a woody, vegetal note. On the palate, it offers a full, frank and fresh attack, with a touch of astringency and a sweet bitterness.

5.0% ABV.

This mouthwatering rich apple cider with ginger has been made by wild-fermenting Tom Putt heritage apples and then infusing the cider with delicious aromatic ginger.

Our tasty Tom Putt cider apples and fiery ginger work in perfect harmony together to create a refreshingly zesty, medium dry cider with a soft texture and lingering spicy twist.

You'll feel like you're in Havana Cuba with our hand crafted Mojito Cider. Made from the finest ingredients, using the most natural process imaginable. The result, fresh minty goodness balanced with lime and sweet apple, the light tang makes it refreshing and moreish.

Our Glacial Water is sourced deep below our brewery from an ice age reservoir, traced to the Palaeolithic period some 14,000 years ago.
