The Kerisac “Cuvee Speciale" sweet ('Doux') is a traditional French Cider, made with 100% of French apples carefully selected in our own orchards in Britanny. Kerisac Cidre Doux presents a beautiful blend of bright colours with fine and light bubbles. It offers subtle aromas of ripe apple, pear and fresh autumn fruits. 

Kerisac Cidre Doux is perfect on its own as an aperitif, and can also be paired with sweet-sour meals, fresh fruits and desserts.

Vibrant and delicious feijoa cider! Made from freshly pressed feijoas and apples from our orchard which were wild fermented with a portion co fermented and aged for 12 months to create complexity and depth of flavour = flavour explosion!

The result is a bright and invigorating cider! Off-dry and zesty with lovely feijoa flavour straight from the tree!

Peckham's - Fresh berry against a structured cider background, with no added sugar.  This cider captures the aroma and taste of fresh, whole, Nelson boysenberries.  It's probably the only berry cider you will find made from 100% Juice.

5.4% ABV.

Who doesn't love the taste of a fresh Golden Queen peach? Well, here it is in liquid form with its delicious deep golden colour and intense flavours of summer in a glass at 4% ABV.

A nice refreshing Brut. A beautiful blend of bright colours. Fine, light bubbles and aromas of biscuit, bread and hints of flowers and nuts. A smart, dry, clean palate with ripe apple, pear and fresh autumn fruits. With a well balanced, crisp acidity and a smooth cream mousse. Lasting tarty acidity on the long and delicious, tangy finish.

A truly unique 4.4% alcoholic ginger beer brewed with fresh shredded blue & yellow Jamaican ginger, cascade hops, two row barley, cane sugar and new crop rum. This product has been a huge hit due to its fiery ginger flavour and makes a wicked Dark & Stormy ..tall glass with ice, squeeze of lime and a dash of bitters.

This decadent limited edition cider with chocolate and boysenberries is perfect for winter enjoyment. Made from heritage cider apples grown on our own orchard and freshly pressed local boysenberries, then infused with indulgent chocolate.

An authentic rich apple cider lays the foundations for a bold fusion of smooth chocolate and juicy boysenberry.

The result is a luxurious and delicious cider, as irresistible as it is unique. Luscious and velvety with pops of vibrant berry and a lingering cocoa-kissed finish.

Peckham's - To make Pommeau we ferment apple juice fresh from the press, allow it to mature and then have it distilled into apple brandy.  About 12 litres of cider go to make each litre of brandy.  The brandy is aged in oak casks until blended with fresh cider apple juice the following harvest.  The sweet, brandy-rich Pommeau is then matured in oak for a further six months before bottling.
