The Kerisac “Cuvee Speciale" sweet ('Doux') is a traditional French Cider, made with 100% of French apples carefully selected in our own orchards in Britanny. Kerisac Cidre Doux presents a beautiful blend of bright colours with fine and light bubbles. It offers subtle aromas of ripe apple, pear and fresh autumn fruits. 

Kerisac Cidre Doux is perfect on its own as an aperitif, and can also be paired with sweet-sour meals, fresh fruits and desserts.

A generous, medium-sweet cider.

 Local Nelson apples with a touch of residual sugar that pumps the fruit to the fore. Sweeter than a K.I.S.S.

CLASSIC - 5.0% ABV

Made from crushed Pink Lady and
Braeburn Apples with added blueberries.

A truly unique 4.4% alcoholic ginger beer brewed with fresh shredded blue & yellow Jamaican ginger, cascade hops, two row barley, cane sugar and new crop rum. This product has been a huge hit due to its fiery ginger flavour and makes a wicked Dark & Stormy ..tall glass with ice, squeeze of lime and a dash of bitters.

Zeffer - This Kiwi classic has won too many awards (and fans) to mention on here. Delicious is the only way to describe this cider. If you can imagine a freshly baked slice of apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream? this sums up the taste of this beautifully balanced cider perfectly.

Our head cidermaker crafts this ingenious flavour using freshly crushed apples infused with cinnamon, vanilla and blackberry leaves.

Kowhiti Orchard cider is a single orchard cider.  The apples all come from Kowhiti orchard in Greytown, all are heritage English varieties, this is a medium cider and 5.2abv.  This cider also won a silver medal at this year's (2024) NZ Cider awards.  

Orchard House is a medium cider coming in at 5.6% abv.  This cider was awarded a gold medal in the traditional cider category at last year's (2023) NZ cider awards.

Rochdale - Our Classic Pear Cider is brewed using Rochdale's authentic recipe and pure glacial water.  A bouquet of fresh, sun-ripened fruit combined with a subtle dryness and gentle effervescence to ensure a flowing texture is maintained from the first sip.

Rochdale - Our classic Apple cider is brewed using Rochdale's authentic recipe and pure glacial water.  A touch of fruity sweetness from the distinctive taste of tree-ripened apples and that classic dry tartness for a smooth finish.

Zeffer - It's hard to beat a classic crisp apple cider.  This was the first cider we crafted and like all good originals, it's stayed true to form.  A bit like a Ford Cortina or timeless white shirt, our Crisp Apple is straight up and enduring.  It's dry, tangy, green apple goodness and carefully crafted by our cidermaking team each session.

The 'Poiré', or Pear Cider, is a fresh cider with refined taste, produced from three varieties of pears that come from multi centennial orchards. 

All of Pere Jules products are made from apple and pear varieties that are carefully selected from traditional orchards of tall trees in a protected area of controlled production (AOC). 

It is excellent to drink with any sea food.

Elaborated with sweet and tart apples, this Brut cider with a light and fresh taste will brighten your grilled meats, salads and other summer dishes.
