The result is a deliciously drinkable dark ale, with a delicately tart citrus, floral, honey flavour and a light, spicy m?nuka twist. Go wild. Brewed for the Hokitika Wild Foods festival.
Infused with a massive shot of concentrated Newground espresso and burnt Seville orange peel, then blended with four year old bourbon barrel aged beer. A rich, complex, bittersweet blend of bourbon vanilla oak, roasted malts, caramelised citrus peel and coffee. All hail the beast.
