8.8% - Cherry Infused Spontaneous Blend

An artful blend of 2 and 4 year old 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in oak then refermented on Montmorency cherries from sunny Oamaru. The result is a stunningly colourful, beautifully balanced, aromatic beer with delightful tart cherry notes and a superbly dry finish. The result of a lot of hard work, and a little chance, luck and magic.

8.0% - Spontaneous Five Year Blend

The ultimate expression of Wild Workshop’s inner city terroir. An artful blend of five years’ worth of 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in  French oak, creating a complex and beautifully balanced beer with tart fruit notes and a superbly dry finish. The result of five years’ hard work, and a little chance, luck and magic.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of our favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

5.0% ABV.

3.5% - Golden Mild

Look what we made. Chufty Badge, golden mild. Smooth, easy drinking English style ale with just a little twist. Pilsner and dark crystal malts paired with a novel American hop bill of Adeena and Lorien. Horlicks malt sweetness mixed with fresh mown hay, wildflowers, lemon and pine. It’s weird but it works. Do you want a Chufty Badge?

Garage Project - DFA is dead, long live DFA.  Demus Favorem Amori - 'we choose to stand for love'.  DFA, a surprising blend of flavours marrying mango, Vietnamese mint, lime and chilli with the high citrus hit of centennial, amarillo and citra hops.  The result is a deliciously intense tryst of bittersweet heat.  Tropical fruit and citrus hop character, coming together to create a beer of rich, satisfying balance.

7.7% - Fruited Spontaneous Ferment Ale

Kyle Harrop from legendary Horus Aged Ales, squeezed in this collaboration (and a few rounds of disc golf with Dave) during a flying visit to New Zealand. Specially selected puncheon aged spontaneous beer, infused with organic Sultan, Satsuma and Billington plums picked on Roy Sunde's ‘Orchard’ disc golf course in Oratia. Tart, aromatic, colourful and utterly delightful. It’s an ace.

Nitro Brown Ale - 5.0%

Make an appointment with the Doctor. Dr Pete’s Fortifying Brown Ale, brewed with ale, crystal, oat and chocolate malts, with just a touch of East Kent Goldings for the perfect balance of restrained bitterness and juicy Horlicks' sweetness, with hints of chocolate digestive and toasted hazelnut. Recommended for those suffering from NEIPA intolerance and IPA related hop fatigue. Now on nitro for an extra smooth proper pour. Good for what ales you.

Kettle soured, and dry hopped with Ella, Wai-iti and Saphir hops the Acid Test delivers electric citrus sourness with an aromatic flavour burst of floral, grapefruit, lemon and spice. 7.9% - Barrel aged sour red ale

Inspired by the Flanders Red style, this special sour ale is brewed using a generous portion of dark malts, then aged for an extended period in a mixture of wine and whiskey barrels creating a rich red-brown beer with lifted notes of tart fruit, cherry, plum, vanilla and dark chocolate.

Pink Pomelo Paloma Florida Weisse - 4.3%

Prepare to be tickled pink. Pink Paloma inspired Florida Weisse. Light, refreshing kettle sour, brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, then infused with agave, pomelo, lime, dragonfruit and a lick of flaked salt for a mouthwatering flamboyance of intense colour, zesty citrus and bright acidity. Wade in.

Don’t be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. 

The modest strength on the can belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight. 

A true sheep in wolf’s clothing.

Session IPA - 2.2% ABV

Forget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sydney's rock god pizza tossers Frankies.
