Brewed with extra light malt, oats and a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, creating a brilliant white gold brew, with a distinctly spectral haze. Just what’s needed to raise spirits.

Trailblazers West Coast Brewing, from Shizuoka City, Japan, join us for Southern Stargazer. Double Dry Hopped West Coast style IPA, elevated with harvest fresh Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross and a touch of Citra for a bright burst of citrus, guava and starburst candy.

Hatsukoi, meaning first love, is a Japanese inspired pilsner hat debuted during our Tokyo Taphouse pop up restaurant at 91 Aro Street. Brewed with light malted barley and rice using the traditional first press method. Clean, crisp with a delicate noble hop character.

We’re getting the band back together. Sydney’s wonderkids One Drop team up with the Garage for a contemporary West Coast remix of the OG Home, Land & Sea. It’s Canterbury malted barley, wheat and a massive ‘clean fusion’ addition of our favourite hops from across New Zealand, all finished with a touch of Marlborough sea salt. Massive citrus, passionfruit and a hint of sour diesel sativa meld perfectly with subtle salt and clean balanced bitterness. It’s home time.

Throw open the Doors of Perception. Crisp, clean corn lager, spiked with prickly pear cactus, scorpion chilli peppers, watermelon and dragon fruit creating a startling explosion of vivid colour, packed with sweet juicy fruit, floral flavour and a wicked chilli sting. Open a can and open your mind.

Beer and ballet - an unusual Pas de Deux. Brewed by Garage Project for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, Hops on Pointe teases the boundaries between high and low culture.

Brewed with premium German Pilsner malts, aromatic Nelson Sauvin hops and finished with a champagne yeast, the result is a pale gold lager with a crisp, clean palate, rich tropical fruit aromas and tight champagne bubbles.

Back in black. Iron Pig, New Zealand stout. Brewed using only the finest Canterbury malt and specially roasted barley, balanced with a shot of old school Green Bullet hops. Rich, satisfying, full flavoured stout with underlying notes of chocolate, coffee and toasted nuts. An instant classic.
