A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, “Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine pored, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack.

The fresh bouquet of choice yeast and pleasant fruit tones combine at the first taste with the mild flavours of malt, fruit and fragrance of cloves with a hint of nutmeg. The slightly fruity, full-flavoured wheat beer fragrance typical for Maisel's Weisse, is then revealed in the aftertaste

This German-style black lager was traditionally brewed and cold-lagered for extra smoothness.  Dark in colour with a light body, you’ll discover hints of chocolate and coffee from a small helping of roasted malts, and a delicate lashing of hops for a crisp finish. This is one super delicious, drinkable beer. Prost!

Hazy brown colour with lasting but the collapsing white head. Aroma: Caramel, hazelnut, milk chocolate, biscuit and sweet matured cheese. With some time a resin-ish tone crawls in. Taste: Has a quite malty moderately sweet start with a very soft sourish tone and a pleasant bitter mouthfeel. Very well balanced. Has a soft creamy feel. Light/medium body with fizzy carbonation. Medium lasting sourish, lightly bitter finish.

Crystal-clear brilliance and lively sparkling carbonic acid are the outstanding features of Maisel's Weisse Kristall and make it a wonderfully exuberant refreshment. Due to the special composition of sun-ripened wheat varieties and brighter barley malts, fermented and aged with our special white yeast, unfolds at first sip a balanced bouquet of different fruit flavours of ripe banana to a slight citrus note, which mixes at departure with the typical, slightly spicy wheat beer flavour. A predicate for a particular quality.

Rothaus Pils is fermented from bottom-fermenting yeast that's been developed in-house, before maturing for roughly four weeks. During this period, its robust and elegant flavours and its high Rezenz are cultivated. Rezenz is the term for the refreshing feeling produced by the carbon dioxide in beer.

As Rothaus is unpasteurized, it comes with a shorter best-before date than pasteurised beers.

Paulaner Weissbier is hazy dark golden with a white head. Fruity, spicy sweet aromas of clove and over ripe bananas. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Good flavour strikes a balance between ripe bananas, sweet pale malt grist, clove, with a tart wheat taste to finish.
