Like giant Kauri looming large over Northland forests, this West Coast IPA is an ode to New Zealand, packed with three of our fave NZ hopstars - Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Motueka. A proud, majestic brew, it reaches high with tropical fruit notes over a lush, green backdrop. Made for enjoying everywhere Aotearoa takes you.

The fiercely floral and fragrant hop, known as the earth wolf by the ancients, has been cunningly tamed with a soft, rich, maltiness.

Eyes are the windows to the soul & at the soul of this session hazy IPA is a balanced combination of Simcoe, Mosaic & Saltana Cryo hops! Notes of pineapple, tropical fruit & pine make this one black cat you won't mind crossing!

Just because you don't want a beer, it doesn't mean you don't want a beer. So, we brewed you a beer. Inspired by the big bold flavours of Bird Dog IPA, but without the bite. Little Bird is an alcohol-free* IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you wont even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course

Pale Ales are known for being aromatic with a balance of a lighter body with some maltiness and mellow bitterness.  Taking the concept from the Hazy IPAs we triple dryhopped our Sippin' on Sunshine to bring out the juiciness while having a lighter body and pleasant crisp finish.  Mosaic and Sultana hops contribute to tropical notes while NZ Southern Cross creates a refreshing lemon flavor!

The Crater Rim Waipara Valley Chardonnay is a youthful, estate-grown wine, hand-picked and fermented and lees-aged for 11 months in French oak barriques (partly new). This wine is a bright, light yellow-green, with a fragrant, citrusy bouquet. The palate is mouth-filling, with good intensity of grapefruit-like flavours, slightly buttery and toasty.

Unleash a little mischief with Loki Doki – a cunningly crisp West Coast IPA that walks the line between order and chaos. Built on a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this brew delivers ripe fruit, dank resin, and a touch of sweaty swagger, balanced by a dry, snappy finish. Less sunshine, more shadows - it’s got that wild glint in its eye.

MAXIMUS XX WCIPA 6.8%

A flash back to 2009, the original Maximus IPA recipe before the good American hops ran out. Loads of mid boil hops for huge hop flavour and excessive bitterness. Then dry hoped to within an inch of your life. A tribute to the good old days when IPAs were bitter and malt was still cool.

Prepare for lift-off —a cosmic swirl of juicy blackcurrant, tangy raspberry and plump blueberry, all folded through clouds of marshmallow fluff and silky coconut cream. Scattered cocoa nibs add a whisper of dark chocolate shibby, while ripe banana lends a mellow sweetness. A dreamy dessert-in-a-can takes your taste buds on a lunar adventure that's utterly otherworldly.

A big, bold, Hazy Double IPA, with intense citrus and tropical flavours, and gooseberry and grape aromas. At 7.8% ABV it's a good one to share, perhaps with one of your Nice friends.

Relax your brain with juicy & tropical aromas In Mind Haze Brain Melter. This Hazy Imperial IPA brings together the tropical, citrus, and peach aromas by utilizing classic American hops together with new-age hops for a fruity aroma-packed hazy with a smooth finish

Introducing the Nectaron® hop from NZ Hops, bringing intense tropical fruit aromas to the party. This NZ IPA has been hopped at multiple stages through its brewing journey, mellow out all that hoppy goodness with the toastiness of NZ Ale Malt and Cassels’ House Ale Strain and the result is the almighty brew you could soon have in your hand.

A good watchdog is the perfect companion, a relaxed and friendly presence but always alert and attentive. It’s a rare mix of traits but our brewers have taught a similar trick to this Watchdog, a refreshingly non-alcoholic IPA, with a pale malt backbone and lively hop flavours of citrus and stonefruit, but no bite.

Winter time IPA, a juicy hazy seasonal featuring Waimea, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy for your apres ski hop fix.
