A nod to the iconic beach on Northland's West Coast, GGWCIPA is hopped with Simcoe, Zythos & Citra & on-point for style: bright clementine on the nose with hints of fresh pine & lingering Meyer lemon. Biscuit & soft, light caramel malts hold up the hops for balanced bitterness & a dry finish.

This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while its light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug too.

This Bright IPA is dynamic and vibrant, bursting with tropical notes of passionfruit, lemon, lime, grapefruit and ripe orchard fruit from the Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka hops. Smooth and easy-drinking, this is a contemporary IPA that will bring the fiesta to any occasion.

The fiercely floral and fragrant hop, known as the earth wolf by the ancients, has been cunningly tamed with a soft, rich, maltiness.

Pale Ales are known for being aromatic with a balance of a lighter body with some maltiness and mellow bitterness.  Taking the concept from the Hazy IPAs we triple dryhopped our Sippin' on Sunshine to bring out the juiciness while having a lighter body and pleasant crisp finish.  Mosaic and Sultana hops contribute to tropical notes while NZ Southern Cross creates a refreshing lemon flavor!

The Crater Rim Waipara Valley Chardonnay is a youthful, estate-grown wine, hand-picked and fermented and lees-aged for 11 months in French oak barriques (partly new). This wine is a bright, light yellow-green, with a fragrant, citrusy bouquet. The palate is mouth-filling, with good intensity of grapefruit-like flavours, slightly buttery and toasty.
