We’re back with our mates at Apostle, this time to drop a proper holiday banger! San Nicolás is a strong spiced ale loaded with cherry, cranberry, orange, and a dash of festive spice, all wrapped up in a rich, boozy malt base. Ho ho ho indeed.

Coco Beware is a brand new lassi style gose straight out of our R&D project. Starting its life as an amplified kettle sour, we’ve dosed in some Aussie rock salt, and given it our massive fruit and ice-cream treatments. Big lashings of Blueberry. Pineapple and Coconut Ice Cream meld to create the perfect fever dream as you sip your way to hype heaven. Yum but beware!

SoCal Low Carb Hazy Pale Ale 4.5% - 330ml Cans

From boardwalk to boulevard, SoCal has it all - bright lights, golden sand, glamour and tranquility in equal measure. This beer takes you to each corner of SoCal with bright notes of zesty lime, grapefruit and citrus balanced by rich summer aromatics of ripe apricots and peaches from the Wai-iti and Amarillo hops. Smooth and juicy, this easy-drinking beer is a shining tribute to the Golden State.

Our latest addition is a golden lager. It’s been on our radar for a while, and up till now, it’s impossible to brew. We have found a new yeast specific for zeros that can work well with wheat and barley to brew an all-malt lager. A quality Golden lager needs quality ingredients and this all NZ beer delivers! The grains of Canterbury give the body of Riwaka hops the finish. Enjoy

New Hazy IPA from Choice Bros

We hereby inform you that you are now on the official Naughty List. The mere act of lifting this can is more than enough - whether you drink it or not. Yes, all that good behaviour (ahem) is out the window. So, you may as well indulge in the big  bold, intensely tropical flavours of this Double IPA, while inhaling the gooseberry and grape aromas. Don’t worry, though, you are in good company.

7.1% ABV

From NZ's first dedicated non-alcoholic craft brewery, State of Play is brewed in the sunny Hawkes Bay using New Zealand hops and Canterbury malt to create a full flavoured IPA. 

Using a special yeast, this beer is naturally brewed, retaining all the flavour while only producing a tiny amount of alcohol that is less than 0.5% ABV.

After months of trial the new brew has the signature State of Play full body and finish, fused with the ingredients of the ultimate sunny day elixir. Ginger adds some heat up front, Honey for a warm glow and the Lime cuts through letting all the flavours shine. The beer is brewed 100% naturally using a yeast that fully ferments and creates the beer flavour you want without the alcohol*. Snow Freeze NZIPA is a big 7.0% IPA that has been brewed with the dominant hop being Nelson Sauvin with 

Nectron ,Superdelic and WAi-Iti helping in a supporting role..

Taieri George is named after the most important Emerson of all – Richard’s Dad. Not only was he a founding member of the Taieri Gorge Railway, he was also the brewery’s original Chief Beer Taster. He particularly enjoyed this drop, brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg and Otago clover honey. In his memory, we release this brew on his birthday. Here’s to you, George.

He fell in with the Communists, seeing the revolution through and founding the “together in harmony” movement, better known by the name Gung Ho! For this version of our beloved Gung Ho! we’ve used the finest and freshest ‘wet hops’ from our sunny valleys in Tasman - picked fresh off the bine and carted straight to the brew kettle in 24 hours.
