We're ready with another round of boosted hoppiness. This new hazy IPA is ready to launch you through strata of zesty, fresh, tropical flavours that are out of this world. With the help of "Super Sauvin" from Freestyle Hops, we've strapped some Thiol boosters to this hop rocket of a beer, enhancing the well known Nelson Sauvin flavours of passionfruit, lime and gooseberries. New Zealand, we have lift-off.

Fruity, rounded and juicy with soft bitterness like a hazy, but clean, crisp and clear like a WCIPA. Approachable and Tropical.

New View is made with our pals at Alive Brewing in 🇸🇬 Singapore 🇸🇬 — a pack of legends. After making the trek over the Sunda Islands and collaborating at their fine joint last year, we figured it was about time we laid down a big, fat, juicy DIPA Down Under that champions the NZ hop we all fell in love with — Peacharine — backed up in full by Mega Motueka, Super Sauvin, and Peacharine HopKief™. Double dry-hopped at over 25 g/L, this is one absolute hop bomb wrapped in an aluminum suit y’all don’t want to miss, la.

Aotearoa Series #61 | Brave Brewing Co IPA

The Sawmill Aotearoa series is about celebrating the best of New Zealand! 

This month we teamed up with Brave Brewing Co to celebrate what they do best - bold brilliant IPAs. It’s a meeting of minds, brewed with respect and a whole lot of hops. 

NZH-106, Nelson Sauvin and Kohatu hops give this IPA passionfruit, tropical and a winey aroma. A clean, crisp flavour with a full-bodied fruity finish. 

Here’s to New Zealand brewers, standing behind every good beer.

You may be thinking, there is honey in this Session IPA. HA! Nada! Nasi putih! Sorry, mate. After we played the Jackass movies all the way through, in honor of the stupidest game ever invented, we named our beer after it. Lightly carbonated, but hugely pungent.
