A good watchdog is the perfect companion, a relaxed and friendly presence but always alert and attentive. It’s a rare mix of traits but our brewers have taught a similar trick to this Watchdog, a refreshingly non-alcoholic IPA, with a pale malt backbone and lively hop flavours of citrus and stonefruit, but no bite.

ABV 6.0%

Taking its name from our fave local jumping off point into the briny blue, Jump Rock Unfiltered IPA starts with one of our signature unfiltered IPA bases before we load it with heaps of Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops. All gooseberry, citrus and fresh pine needle up front, those flavours are mirrored on the palate alongside a hint of toffee and soft malts.

6.0% ABV.

This IPA brewed in a West Coast style highlighting the distinctively fresh tropical and passionfruit notes from the Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin hops. The fresh hops will be supplied by one of our local hop farmers, Mac Hops, and this IPA is just bursting with flavour that will linger and leave you taste buds singing for more.

5.9% ABV.

No Access is a fun break that peaks as consistently as our East Coast IPA. Powered by a juicy swell of 5 of the most aromatic hops going around and backed up by a big palate built on Marris Otter, Oats and Wheat. Surges of tropical fruit and lime lead through to an easy bitterness and hazy goodness.

6.0% ABV.

This IPA is definitely from the jungle!

With notes of mango, papaya, apricot, and a touch of citrus and pine in the nose, this is one big beautifully hoppy IPA. 

Enough malt balances and a restrained bitterness keep it very drinkable. 

7.8% ABV

In an age where median strips ruled and Google Maps reigned supreme, a noble band of Traffic Knights took to the streets of New Plymouth armed with foam swords, homemade chainmail, and a deep respect for road rules. These Crosswalk Crusaders chose peak-hour traffic for a dramatic duel on the city’s main street, dashing into battle in 20 second green-lit increments and demanding right of way in the name of noble honour and a great photo-op.

Their legacy lives on in this bold West Coast IPA - bursting with piney bitterness and citrussy American hops, it’s a toast to those brave souls who would give way to no one except maybe a Ford Ranger.

Our chosen Goddess, NYX, was Born From Chaos – literally! This is our take on a transcendental WCIPA, paying homage to the primordial Goddess of the Night. Her influence reigns over nightfall, sleep, dreams and even death… Many fear and respect her, including the mighty God, Zeus. With a base malt of German Pilsner and the heady aromas of heavenly hops, Apollo, Strata and Citra leave us starstruck, with aromas of grapefruit, lime, resinous pine, passionfruit and the dank skunky notes of cannabis. This NZ IPA is as carefree as the beach it’s named after. Inspired by Waiheke’s iconic nudist spot, this brew throws caution (and clothing) to the wind. With a stripped-back malt profile that lays everything bare, it’s bursting with juicy, dank notes from Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Whether you’re beachside or boatside, Little Palm will help you shed your worries... and maybe your towel.

Often spotted wings-spread on the shoreline, The Shag knows how to stand out-and so does this beer. Much like its namesake, this Hazy IPA is built for the bold. Bursting with tropical mango aromas from Citra and Motueka hops, it delivers a juicy hit with a pillowy soft finish. Unapologetically hazy and expressive, this is a beer that’s not afraid to make a splash. We’ll raise a can to that.

A  6.2% hazy IPA, this beer has Simcoe as the dominant hop with Mosaic, Cryo and Taiheke as the balancing hops.

With an tropical aroma of pineapple and passionfruit, this is a super juicy drop.
