Crisp, bright West Coast style IPA, brewed with a careful blend of Chinook, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe then finished with a shot of distilled hop oil. Sweet tropical fruit melds with punchy citrus and sticky hop resin top notes. What more could you want? Get your head in the game.

Fresh Hop Pilsner

Ain’t nothin’ but a HOP thang, baby. Drop It Like It’s Hops Volume 2 rolls in stacked with freshly harvested Freestyle Farms Motueka. Whole-cone green goodness, dripping with lime peel, citrus pop… that signature mojito snap. Clean, crisp, and fresher than a gold chain in ’92, this pilsner stays light on its feet while the fresh hop glow does all the talking.

So fresh and so green, like an old-school track that still hits, this one’s all about that HOP LIFE.

Fresh hop, dank, citrus, lemon-lime, and tropical undertones.

Hopped like an IPA, but sitting on a light Pilsner malt base. Big bursts of citrus and tropical fruit thanks to Nectaron, Taiheke & Citra hops. Deliciously refreshing, with a dry bitterness to round it out.

ABV: 5.6%

Whitewater Hazy Series # 8 paddles straight into the unknown with an unreleased experimental hop from our friends at Clayton Hops, still going by the suitably mysterious CIP 014. We did our due diligence by shoveling the entire box into the beer, then giving it a gentle love tap of Riwaka. The result is straight POG juice - loud, lush and wildly tropical - with big aroma, juicy flavour, and a rich, smooth, soft-as finish.

4.2% - Hunt for the Wilderpeople 10th anniversary brew

New Zealand lager, brewed specially to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Taika Waititi’s Hunt for the Wilderpeople. Canterbury malts and a blend of Motueka and Nectaron hops create a crisp golden beer, with easy bitterness and a soft stone fruit character. Pretty majestical, aye?

Bursting with so many tropical notes, it’s almost like drinking your fruit bowl.

ODYSSEUS IPA 7.2% ABV 440ml

A VIBRANT WEST COAST IPA FUELED BY KRUSH AND RIWAKA HOPS. BUILT ON A CRISP, LEAN MALT BASE, THIS BREW UNLEASHES A TROPICAL SURGE OF PASSIONFRUIT, GRAPEFRUIT, MANGO, AND PEACH.

ABV 6.5%

A New Zealand IPA with Southern Alp peak energy. Southern Cross and Nelson Sauvin hops deliver bursts of white grape, gooseberry, and citrus, backed by a crisp bitterness and clean finish. Dangerously drinkable. Ascend responsibly.

Contains: water, malted barley (gluten), hops, wheat (gluten), yeast.

This collision of a strong, clean Imperial Pilsner with generous fresh Riwaka is no accident. Bone Shaker gives you that crisp hit of a great Pils but then follows through with a robust hop profile, adding fruit and floral characters that go well beyond mere texture. Imperial-level strength helps push the hops and the firm, dry bitterness over the top. You might even lose your head over it.

AOTEAROA SERIES #69 | ALTITUDE HAZY IPA // 6.0%

Sawmill and Altitude have teamed up to bring the coastal North and alpine South of Aotearoa together. A full bodied hazy IPA with intense tropical and passionfruit aromas.

Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors.

ABV: 7%
