Brewed in Christchurch with late-harvest Rakau hops from Okuora Farms, Late to the Party is a bold, Fresh Hop NZ IPA bursting with peak-season intensity.

The Embalmer - West Coast IPA 7.2% abv

Named after Anubis, the god of the gateway to the spirit world, The Embalmer makes a timeless gate from the past to the future in the realm of IPAs. This brew guides you through a flavour journey that honours tradition while embracing innovation. This classic style is updated with a modern twist, featuring a traditional malt bill combined with a bold selection of new-age hops. But be careful not to turn your back on this beer, or it may leave you pickled!

Tasting Note: Crystal clear and golden with a punchy aroma of grapefruit zest, pine resin, and crushed gooseberries. The first sip hits with bright citrus peel, sharp pine, and dank herbal edges, followed by waves of ripe mango and blueberry from the Mosaic. A firm, cleansing bitterness grips the finish, leaving a dry, lingering echo of crushed florals and spice. Commanding. Clean. Divine. A West Coast IPA that strikes like thunder and moves like prophecy.

This West Coast IPA is a bold collaboration between Colorado's Westbound & Down and Queenstown's Altitude Brewing - a meeting of mountain minds and hop-forward intent. Expect a clean, dry finish with punchy bitterness and layers of grapefruit, resin, and pine. Brewed with precision and balance, it's a throwback to classic West Coast flavour with modern freshness. No haze. No nonsense. Just a powerful hop character and old-school swagger. For gods who don't follow trends - and definitely don't wear snow pants.

Adventures in beer Vol.3: Breda, Frontaal Brewing. Travelling to the Netherlands to catch up with Dutch rock stars Frontaal brewing is the latest in beer adventures. These guys crank out awesome beers across Europe and the plan for this collab was to lug a big dose of fresh harvested 2025 NZ hops over. Filling the luggage with delicious amplifre Nelson and Riwaka from Clayton hops we have made a big ballsy Hazy IPA with a huge dank NZ character of sticky passionfruit pulp, sweet cannabis and mushy mango smoothie. A soft, creamy and smooth drinkability rounds out the experience.

CHIMERA WEST COAST IPA

Wild and untamed like a three-headed beast this mighty West Coast IPA rains down zesty aromatics of lemon, lime, mango, stone fruit and fresh pine from the Citra, Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Cryo hops which are complemented by a light, clean sweetness from the Golden Promise malt. Hoppy and flavourful with a refined bitterness on the tail end, this beer attacks on all fronts.

This 5.5% Bright IPA delivers sharp hop expression and balance. A clean malt base supports a layered profile of lime, white grape, and ripe nectarine. Bright, drinkable, and dialled in for freshness and clarity.

A refreshing, light malt backbone with a citrus-driven base amplified with bold notes of apricot, pineapple, orange oil and light pine. Clean bitterness and a dry finish.
