We’re heading south for our fifth collaboration with Boston brewing legends Trillium, down to Garston Hops in Southland’s Nokomai Valley. A massive dry hop of hand selected Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and NZ Cascade bring passionfruit, peach and citrus in this giant juicy hazy homage to one of New Zealand’s most exciting new hop growing regions.

Sundowner – Hazy IPA

Sundowner is a little gem with its creamy body dominated by stone fruit and tropical flavours and comes in at 5.8%.

ABV 5.8%

Refreshing, lightly amber, with the typical citrus-fruit flavour of Mosaïc hop from the USA.

Colloquialisms evolve with emerging trends, and the New Zealand IPA, or ZIPA as we call it, is a trend we’re all about. There’s nothing like locally grown malt and hops, and we love putting our own Kiwi spin on things. Just like the DIPA, RIPA, NEPIA, and WCIPA have carved out their place in the brewing world’s lexicon-let’s unite to make ZIPA one for the books.

A big, juicy, dank NZ combo of Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops delivering bold green leaf, white wine, and passionfruit notes.

There’s a new hop in town, and we’ve tracked it down.

Fresh from the Clayton Innovation Project, trial hop CIP-076 bursts on to the scene and outta the glass with big citrus and stone fruit aromas. The flavour follows in its footsteps with bright grapefruit, crisp melon, stone fruits and hints of lychee.

At an enjoyable 5.1% ABV, the only mystery left to solve will be where the beer in your glass disappeared to…

8.2% - Clean Fusion West Coast IIPA

We’re getting the band back together. Sydney’s wonderkids One Drop team up with the Garage for a contemporary West Coast remix of the OG Home, Land & Sea. It’s Canterbury malted barley, wheat and a massive ‘clean fusion’ addition of our favourite hops from across New Zealand, all finished with a touch of Marlborough sea salt. Massive citrus, passionfruit and a hint of sour diesel sativa meld perfectly with subtle salt and clean balanced bitterness. It’s home time.

This unfiltered IPA starts smooth with Aussie Ella’s noble hop charm, then drops into a full-throttle dry-hop of Vic Secret’s dank tropics and Ekuanot’s citrus/pine intensity. Hazy, bold, and packed with flavour—it’s the liquid equivalent of shredding Te Paki on your old board.

10% - Hazy Triple IPA

Elevate your hop experience. Crafted in collaboration with Taiwans legendary Ugly Half Beer, rise up to a higher plane. Brewed using the finest Royalburn malt grown on the crown terrace in the mountains above Queenstown and hopped with Nelson Sauvin grown at 400 metres above sea level on the picturesque Nelson Lakes hop farm, Freestyle peacherine and a shot of Motueka sub zero hop kief. Think lush mango, passionfruit and fresh cut stone fruit. Level up.

In an age where median strips ruled and Google Maps reigned supreme, a noble band of Traffic Knights took to the streets of New Plymouth armed with foam swords, homemade chainmail, and a deep respect for road rules. These Crosswalk Crusaders chose peak-hour traffic for a dramatic duel on the city’s main street, dashing into battle in 20 second green-lit increments and demanding right of way in the name of noble honour and a great photo-op.

Their legacy lives on in this bold West Coast IPA - bursting with piney bitterness and citrussy American hops, it’s a toast to those brave souls who would give way to no one except maybe a Ford Ranger.
