NOTORIOUS EAST COAST IPA

Boneface's Fresh Hop face-off pits the flyest of this seasons hop crop against each other in a Lupulin battle royale.  Notorious busts out in an east coast style with Nectaron additions we can only describe as off da hook. Passionfruit and stone fruit step, luscious but not too sweet, knockin' boots with the soft and pillowy mouthfeel. Tight.

RUTHLESS WEST COAST IPA

Boneface's Fresh Hop face-off pits the flyest of this seasons hop crop against each other in a Lupulin battle royale.  The 411 on Ruthless is Riwaka in extremis, a dose of grape-fruit and lime we'd conservatively describe as hella with dank overtones. The look is pure gold with a tigh'n'white head, unafraid of it's own bitterness. No diggity, or certainly very little.

Riwaka fresh hop

6.0% ABV

Resonator IPA is a delicious double dry-hopped IPA that features juicy malt and passion fruit on the nose, and is bursting with tropical fruit and aromatic resin in the mouth. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops are showcased throughout from the first sip, right through to the lingering and delightful soft bitter finish. Enjoy!

7.0% - West Coast IPA

Where’s your head at? This is Resin Head. Crisp, bright West Coast style IPA, brewed with a careful blend of Chinook, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe then finished with a shot of distilled hop oil. Sweet tropical fruit melds with punchy citrus and sticky hop resin top notes. What more could you want? Get your head in the game.

Fresh Hop Pilsner

Ain’t nothin’ but a HOP thang, baby. Drop It Like It’s Hops Volume 2 rolls in stacked with freshly harvested Freestyle Farms Motueka. Whole-cone green goodness, dripping with lime peel, citrus pop… that signature mojito snap. Clean, crisp, and fresher than a gold chain in ’92, this pilsner stays light on its feet while the fresh hop glow does all the talking.

So fresh and so green, like an old-school track that still hits, this one’s all about that HOP LIFE.

Fresh hop, dank, citrus, lemon-lime, and tropical undertones.

Hopped like an IPA, but sitting on a light Pilsner malt base. Big bursts of citrus and tropical fruit thanks to Nectaron, Taiheke & Citra hops. Deliciously refreshing, with a dry bitterness to round it out.

ABV: 5.6%

To celebrate the 2026 New Zealand hop harvest at Garston Hops, we’ve collaborated with our mates at Mountain Culture in Katoomba, NSW. Together and separately, we’ve brewed a beer that showcases the unique and intense profiles of Garston’s signature hops. Although the recipes are identical, each beer uses a different hop lot to help cognitive evaluation whilst enjoying long walks through the respective hop fields. These world-class NZ hops have a unique expression due to their specific terroir, sitting between mountain ranges at a latitude of -45º28’9”S, with sheep grazing beneath the bines to keep the weeds at bay and fresh snow kissing the hop flowers during the winter. The Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, both sourced from single hop fields, combine to create a profile of gooseberry, passionfruit and crushed lime with a hint of spice that shines above a fluffy, smooth hazy body.

ABV: 5%

Whitewater Hazy Series # 8 paddles straight into the unknown with an unreleased experimental hop from our friends at Clayton Hops, still going by the suitably mysterious CIP 014. We did our due diligence by shoveling the entire box into the beer, then giving it a gentle love tap of Riwaka. The result is straight POG juice - loud, lush and wildly tropical - with big aroma, juicy flavour, and a rich, smooth, soft-as finish.

ABV: 6.2%

4.2% - Hunt for the Wilderpeople 10th anniversary brew

New Zealand lager, brewed specially to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Taika Waititi’s Hunt for the Wilderpeople. Canterbury malts and a blend of Motueka and Nectaron hops create a crisp golden beer, with easy bitterness and a soft stone fruit character. Pretty majestical, aye?
