Aegir WCIPA 2025:

Brewed in honour of Aegir, Norse god of the sea and master of the brewing hall. This bold West Coast IPA is a saga in a glass and carries his legacy forward. A voyage of flavour, forged with Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook hops. Waves of pine and citrus crash over the palate, while a dry, bitter finish leaves you standing strong at the edge of the world. Raise your horn in honour to the halls of Valhalla and drink deep, skål!

Tasting Note: Crystal clear and golden with a punchy aroma of grapefruit zest, pine resin, and crushed gooseberries. The first sip hits with bright citrus peel, sharp pine, and dank herbal edges, followed by waves of ripe mango and blueberry from the Mosaic. A firm, cleansing bitterness grips the finish, leaving a dry, lingering echo of crushed florals and spice. Commanding. Clean. Divine. A West Coast IPA that strikes like thunder and moves like prophecy.

CHIMERA WEST COAST IPA

Wild and untamed like a three-headed beast this mighty West Coast IPA rains down zesty aromatics of lemon, lime, mango, stone fruit and fresh pine from the Citra, Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Cryo hops which are complemented by a light, clean sweetness from the Golden Promise malt. Hoppy and flavourful with a refined bitterness on the tail end, this beer attacks on all fronts.

BLUEPRINT BRIGHT IPA | BRAVO // 5.5%

This 5.5% Bright IPA delivers sharp hop expression and balance. A clean malt base supports a layered profile of lime, white grape, and ripe nectarine. Bright, drinkable, and dialled in for freshness and clarity.

A refreshing, light malt backbone with a citrus-driven base amplified with bold notes of apricot, pineapple, orange oil and light pine. Clean bitterness and a dry finish.

This golden double IPA is loaded with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops giving grapefruit, lemon, lime, gooseberry and white grape aromatics, grounded by light malts.

The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.

Meet Me There is a brand-new ice cream-style fruited sour made with some of our favourite fruits and coolest techniques. Obtusively packed with blueberry, strawberry and banana, we’ve then gone and layered this huge fruiting rate with a generous serving of burnt brown sugar, cinnamon donuts, and vanilla ice cream. It’s nothing but a good thang - meet us there!

Get ready for the grand reveal—TADAAA! Velvety vanilla ice cream meets tangy strawberry and raspberry coulis perched on a buttery graham cracker base. A delicate dusting of icing sugar adds the perfect sweet finale, while a creamy boost of lactose rounds out the texture. Out of the hat it’s a nostalgic, dessert-style sour that delivers pure joy in every can.
