My turn. I Spy With My Little Eye Something Beginning With S. I’ll give you a hint. It’s green, and hoppy. Cali style dry hopped Pils, packed with Simcoe, Strata & Southern Cross hops in every form we could find, all in a crisp clean bright pilsner. Simply sensational.

Czech it – We’ve topped our most complex, tedious, and rewarding LoDo pale lager yet. Chills Pils arrives after an awe-inspiring trip to the land of the long white foam – Czechia 🇨🇿. A meticulous water profile copied from the wells of České Budějovice, a freshly international import of the house yeast strain from Budvar National Brewery, and a traditional decoction mash on our definitely-not-fit-for-purpose two-vessel system.
Expect a solid, bready malt character with pronounced hop bitterness and a bold yet refreshing finish. A post-modern take on a traditional classic. Na zdraví!

Follow The Sun is a brand new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the
West Coast of the US. Using a lean malt bill, crispy water profile, and a plain as peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, and bright hop character that fresh Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Superdelic bring.  This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink.
