Paloma New Zealand Barrel-Aged Barleywine is a rich, smooth, nutty, strong ale that has been aged for ten months in French oak wine barrels that previously held New Zealand Whisky Co's Double-Wood Whisky for many years. Like all our beers, it is made with New Zealand-grown malt and hops.

14.3% ABV.

A very special "Imperial Gueuze" inspired blend of selected barrels from our library. One third each of spontaneously fermented 8, 6, and 4 year old barrels create a perfect marriage of funk, fruit, acidity and sherry-like aged flavours. We barrel aged our first beer in 2010 since then we have built up maybe the largest barrel programme in the Southern Hemisphere . Roundest Boi Hazy IPA is lush and rich in the mouth with tropical fruit character from our choice of Amarillo, Wai-iti and Kohatu hops during dry-hopping along with those same hops added late in the boil. This thick and hazy beer is bursting with flavour and is perfect for the BBQ or a dinner party.

Charm Quark is an unfiltered extra pale ale made with Idaho7 and Zythos hops. Softy biscuit malts and citrusy and floral hops round out this exceptional beer. It is refreshing and very drinkable!

This dry, tropical and juicy Xtra Pale Ale represents the unique and pure bonds between Hops, Malt and Yeast. In this beer we pay tribute to Idaho-7, Sabro and Nectaron hops where a massive boil-free, double dry hop addition delivers exceptional drinkability with a satisfying and hoppy finish.

Tasting Notes: Crisp, super clean, bold hop aromas. Well balanced with the light malt base  they sit on. Pairs well with switching off and chilling out.

Panhead - XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.

4.6% ABV.

Hops are where it starts for the born-again craft head and Supercharger APA is where Panhead delivers. This is an all-American show with Centennial, Citra and Simcoe overwhelming your nose, kicking you in the taste buds and departing with more bitterness than a Palm Springs divorce.

It's a seriously addictive combination.
