Bierzeit sits squarely in the realm of a traditional Kölsch style beer from Germany. From colour to flavour and mouthfeel, Bierzeit delivers on that tradition with a delicate flavour balance between malt, fruitiness and bitterness, rounded out with a clean, well attenuated finish. Combing a cool lager fermentation, and a mixture of striking aromatic hops from Germany, NZ and the Czech Republic. Fervour is tropical, citrus tinged and smashable.

A European-inspired gem! Crisp, clean and refreshing- just as a good lager should be.

Pale Ales are known for being aromatic with a balance of a lighter body with some maltiness and mellow bitterness.  Taking the concept from the Hazy IPAs we triple dryhopped our Sippin' on Sunshine to bring out the juiciness while having a lighter body and pleasant crisp finish.  Mosaic and Sultana hops contribute to tropical notes while NZ Southern Cross creates a refreshing lemon flavor!

Emerson's - One for the hopheads, Bird Dog is full of intense flavours courtesy of American hops to deliver a smooth, resiny beer. Tropical fruit dominates the flavour with subtle fresh squeezed orange with a hint of pine thrown in. Given the name, the astute drinker will note a gratifying absence of any avian or canine aftertaste.

Bordered by picturesque tank farms, beautiful power pylons and a strikingly gorgeous concrete chimney stack, the Sugar Loaf Islands in New Plymouth mark one of New Zealand’s most sublime and lush beach settings - Back Beach.Best accessed at low tide, Parakaki or ‘Seagull Rock’ is a short but treacherous swim away and is home to a secret ‘lagoon’ on its back side - a beautiful rock pool of blue water well below skinny-dip temperatures. This crisp Mexican Style Cerveza is brewed with a hint of maize and is best served ice-cold at the height of beach season.

Brewed using traditional Czech Pilsner methods.  Fruit and spicy hop characters are dominant, with a wild malt backdrop and a crisp, clean finish.

A lengthened maturation process also adds complexity.
