Teaming up with their friends at Harpoon Cold Brew Coffee, they’ve infused cold brew into this massive barleywine. North End - We took our light, zesty, citrus and herb flavoured Farmhouse Ale Botanicole Grisette and reserved a portion so we could bottle it with Brettanomyces Claussenii; a formerly wild yeast that was originally discovered in the early 20th century.  Dry, fruity, and a just a little bit wild.

You can have too much of a good thing. London, October 17, 1814, one of the Horse Shoe Brewery’s massive beer vats collapses releasing over half a million litres of porter, demolishing nearby buildings and killing eight people - their causes of death variously described as drowning or drunkenness. The Great Deluge, brewed with barley, oats, roasted wheat and East Kent Goldings, then aged in oak barrels for over a year with brettanomyces and lactobacilli creating a throwback style porter with dark chocolate and coffee notes and a restrained tart twist. Enjoy in moderation.

Sour Porter - 13% ABV.

Oud Bruin, the traditional brown ale of Flemish Belgium, here painstakingly recreated and lovingly tended by Dave Bell, our Wild Workshop brewer.  Prolonged ageing in wood with a blend of yeasts and Lactobacillus creates a beer bursting wit dark sour cherry and dried fruit flavours, topped off with coffee and chocolate notes.  Dark and complex, a little bit like our Dave.  

Ask not for whom the Bell toils, he toils for thee.

Salted Caramel Stout 6% - 440ml Can

Rich, creamy and velvety with layered notes of caramel, coffee and roasted malts balanced by a delicate saline edge that lingers on the finish. Decadent yet well-rounded and full-bodied from the addition of oats to the grain bill, this beer is full-flavoured and delicious - the perfect mid-winter treat.

Wild and untamed like a three-headed beast this mighty West Coast IPA rains down zesty aromatics of lemon, lime, mango, stone fruit and fresh pine from the Citra, Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Cryo hops which are complemented by a light, clean sweetness from the Golden Promise malt. Hoppy and flavourful with a refined bitterness on the tail end, this beer attacks on all fronts.
