Emerald Dreams — What better ride to represent our fresh hop drop for 2025. So dank and so green with stonefruit and citrus deliciousness, this NZIPA gets the best out of the mythical 109, with Nectaron, Rakau and Mot hops also making noise straight from the bine.

There's an elemental darkness at the heart of this massive Black Barley and Rye Wine. You can feel it wafting rich, dark fruit up from the glass with powerful overtones of tobacco and bourbon. Like its stable mate The Vandal, Black Sabbath is inspired by a famous John Reid-built kiwi hot rod, but at the same time we think its strength and uncompromising character also pay considerable tribute to the rock and roll originators of the name.

Exactly as it sounds. Water, malt, hops, yeast. Still simple, just dark. Brewed with a comforting bounty of Gladfield Pilsner, Munich and Chit malts. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want.

Our everyday pale that's anything but ‘everyday’. Paradise Pale Ale is laden with NZ hops making it ‘all-tropical’ all the time. Star fruit, oranges, limes & papaya fill the palate along with enough light malt to keep it dry & refreshing. You could say there’s a little paradise in every pour.

Our entry into the 2025 Malthouse West Coast IPA challenge

Unleash a little mischief with Loki Doki – a cunningly crisp West Coast IPA that walks the line between order and chaos. Built on a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this brew delivers ripe fruit, dank resin, and a touch of sweaty swagger, balanced by a dry, snappy finish. Less sunshine, more shadows - it’s got that wild glint in its eye.

An unapologetic West Coast IPA. Playful, punchy, and a bit unpredictable... just like its namesake.

It’s time to level up our Hazy IPA offering. People have been loving the Epic Hazy orange cans so much they have asked us when are we going to do a six pack. Well the answer is, NOW! We have taken the best of all our Hazy IPA recipes over the last 12 months and we have “cranked up the juice”.

We had already spent two years researching and tasting all the hazy IPA’s so we could come up with the ultimate recipe. We have also now brewed a bunch of different versions using different hop combinations over the last 18 months. We think that all the time and effort that has gone into making stunning Hazy IPA recipes will really show up in this beer. We have used an “Epic” amount of hops as you would expect from us. We got the biggest, juiciest, stickiest Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops we could find. A blend of T90 and Cryo hops to give the maximum desired aromas and flavours. It’s like drizzling freshly squeezed passionfruit, mango and pineapple juice across your tongue.

A super low bitterness and maximum haze, will keep every Hazy-Head happy with being able to sit down and drink a few from the six pack. Share some with a friend. They will thank you for it.

Winter time IPA, a juicy hazy seasonal featuring Waimea, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy for your apres ski hop fix.

Offshore Bandit Hazy Pale Ale 5.5%

A  6.2% hazy IPA, this beer has Simcoe as the dominant hop with Mosaic, Cryo and Taiheke as the balancing hops.

With an tropical aroma of pineapple and passionfruit, this is a super juicy drop.

Red Style Vienna Lager 440ml

Next stop for our Lager House series is Austria. Brewed with rich Vienna malt, this red lager pours a glowing amber with a creamy off white head. Expect smooth layers of toasted bread, light caramel, and a touch of nuttiness. Noble hops bring a gentle, earthy bitterness and floral lift, keeping the finish crisp and clean. Balanced, easy drinking and full of classic character. A nod to tradition with Sunshine’s signature laid-back style.
