The Huntress may seem a sweet, fruit-driven thing of beauty.  Don't be deceived; she has tannic backbone from French cider apples and means business.  Treat her with respect or you'll feel the sting of her spear.

5.0% ABV.

This is a classic cream style sherry from one of Spain's most well known sherry producers. Elegante Cream is sweet and rich, with nuttiness and notes of caramel, dried fruits and gentle spice. 

A great champagne made by father-son grower-winemaker team. The pair are based in Ay, also home to Champagne Bollinger, to which they sell approximately half of their grapes each year. The vineyards around Ay in the Champagne region are focussed strongly on Pinot Noir, which makes this wine taste toasty and rich. These alluring savoury qualities are softened, mellowed and added to in the autolytic process of ageing the bubbles in the bottle while the lees (decomposing yeast cells) break down, releasing deliciously rich flavours on the journey. 

A great champagne made in relatively small volumes, pushing boundaries of great flavour to new heights. 

Van Honsebrouck is a family owned brewery in West Flanders Belgium. It makes a range if beers including Bacchus, a beer in the local style of the region. It is on this beer that the kriek and framboise is based, a premium fruit beer for which Belgium is well known. Hand wrapped and presented in half champagne bottles. This is a remarkable beer.

Panhead - Pours pale gold like dawn on a summers day. It’s also a bit hazy obviously. Citrus and tropical aromas come jumping out of the glass with orange, mango and stonefruit notes all along for the ride. A soft and silking mouthfeel with more of those juicy fruit notes is balanced but a pithy grapefruit zest bitterness and clean refreshing finish.

An easy eski companion, inspired by an iconic ride. Tropical. Juicy. A southern hemisphere sun chaser. Drop the tailgate, catch rays and recline in a wagon built for sha… sharing.

5.2% ABV.

Fashioned on a firm, fruity foundation of Crystal malt, this rich, ruby-coloured Kent classic belies its burly appearance with a complexity of flavour. Mouth-filling fruit, prunes, plums and dried apricot spiked with palate-prickling pepper, cinnamon and a soft bitter blood-orange finish.

5.4% ABV.

French rose from the south of France is on a roll and this lovely dry version comes from the Perrin family, one of the most respected wine producers in the Rhone Valley. It is all about fresh summer berry flavours and a notes of dry strawberry and a touch of stone fruit. Fabulous value for money.

This is a very deeply coloured and flavoursome wine as you would expect from a Malbec based wine. It displays rich plummy, jammy Gimblett Gravels fruit notes on the nose with complementary notes of tobacco and dried herbs. On the palate it is a medley of compex fruit flavours supported by a generous mouthfeel and age worthy tannins. A full bodied and complex wine, and an ideal accompaniment to red meat dishes.

A well-balanced, genuine Yorkshire Bitter, with a full measure of maltiness and hoppy aroma – Boltmaker is first choice for the discerning drinker – on both sides of the Pennines.

Formerly known as Best Bitter, Boltmaker has won many awards over the years but most recently it was awarded the CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer of Britain in 2014 and Champion Beer of Britain – Bitter category in 2016.

4.0% ABV.

Very pretty pale golden yellow in colour with light greenish glints. Bright, luminous and limpid. The nose is young, fresh and vivacious in a whirlwind of floral, fruity scents. The taste is lively, pleasant and perfumed, revealing lemon and verbena on a fine mineral background. We discover the pleasure of drinking for sheer enjoyment. The finish is pleasant leaving the mouth tingling with an airy freshness.

This beautifully fragrant Syrah is a dry, full bodied wine with notes of spice and complexity, offering very good value for money. It's made with grapes from the Gimblett Gravels Winegrowing District in Hawke’s Bay and displays blackberry, dark plum and toasted nut characters with subtle black pepper and floral aromas. 

A top wine for the price and a lovely expression of Hawke's Bay Syrah.

This great Champagne is made by the Epernay based producer, Champagne Lombard, and it is staggeringly good quality with amazing balance and complexity for this price. 

Smooth, zingy, citrusy and beautifully toasty. A rare good deal. 

Eddyline Brewery - 

With seven West Coast hop varieties, this IPA is inspired by our favourite seven piece kiwi band. It is packed with enough complexity and flavour to fill a stadium with chill reggae dub vibes and still punch enough bitterness to pump out a post punk set into the darkest dungeon. Look out for passionfruit and mandarin skanking away on the malt dance floor, then wash away into the dankness for a crisp bitter finish.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe peach abound, with subtle undertones of buttery oak and a refreshing citrus acid backbone, adding layers of complexity. A balance of fresh fruit, malolactic and oak influences have resulted in a full bodied wine with stone fruit flavours, buttery, nutty notes and Meyer lemon freshness.

Winemaker's Notes
100% fermented and aged in older French oak barrels, sur lie. 100% MLF. 10 months in barrel before being blended to tank, ready for bottling.
