Ichiban Shibori (Kurosama) is easy to drink and enjoys a rich flavor.
Using special manufacturing technology, we are able to bring out the clear flavor of the barley without any unpleasant taste, even in dark beer.

Based on the Ichiban Shibori method, we have newly adopted low-temperature wort filtration similar to Ichiban Shibori. Furthermore, by devising a malt blend, we have achieved an easy-to-drink taste that has a rich umami flavor but no unpleasant tastes.

La Trappe Nillis is a dark, amber-coloured Trappist beer with an off-white head. The accessible non-alcoholic Trappist beer has a pleasant bitterness and a round, malty, caramel-sweet aftertaste. The smell of malt and caramel flows together with the fresh and fruity aromas that the yeast and hops produce.

It is brewed according to an authentic recipe, using sustainable raw materials and energy sources. Harvest Home Saison, brewed with harvest fresh organic raw wheat & pilsner malt, infused with a subtle addition of coriander seed & Yen Ben lemon rind, then steeped in a hop back brimming with freshly picked ‘wet’ Southern Cross & Nelson Sauvin cones. This exquisite single malt has been crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and four cask matured for at least twenty one years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks and Bordeaux red wine casks. During long maturation Benriach’s sweet Speyside smoke mellows and integrates with the fruit, malt and oak. After twenty one years, rich layering develops into an elegant honey smoke, enriched through multi-layered cask maturation. The whisky from each cask type, imbued with particular flavour characteristics, is then expertly married together to create a rich and elegant single malt, layered with lush orchard fruit and toasted pine wood with a honey smoke finish. All in perfect balance.
