Witkap Pater Dubbel (alc. 7% vol.) is a dark abbey beer with cream foam head, a full flavour and hints of caramel. Remarkably dark beer that is particularly well associate with Belgian chocolate desserts.

Throw open the doors of perception and welcome in the Age of Light. It’s an esoteric twist fusing hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Motueka, Mosaic & NZ Cascade fuse with rich tropical fruit and juicy tart citrus. Welcome one and all, to the new age of IPA.

The Tripel d'Anvers may be a strong blonde beer with 8% alcohol. Yet deep down it is very soft due to the slightly sweet and spicy flavors. In other words, a real soft Tripel.

You will quickly notice: this is a beer packed with flavor. Be surprised by the slightly sweet taste of the first sip and the fresh, sparkling notes. Enjoy the spicy aroma with subtle hints of orange peel and coriander and the full-bodied aftertaste.

Kasteel Tropical 0.0 – tropical vibes, zero alcohol. The link to the original Kasteel Tropical is unmistakable: a vibrantly golden specialty beer with a thick head and a tropical flavour palette. The inviting passion fruit aroma gives way a refreshing non-alcoholic speciality beer, brewed with mango, passion fruit, peach and pineapple.

A brewing process that takes three days using the finest gingers from East Africa and East Asia. This is East imperial's expression of naturally brewed ginger beer. There’s nothing like this in the market and we believe it captures the naturalness and freshness of the best homebrews found along the coast of East Africa and the Caribbean. 

Less sugar compared to other ginger beers and an incredible long lasting ginger spice makes it the perfect complement to dark spirits. It is ideal for a Moscow Mule, Dark and Stormy or on its own as an alternative to alcoholic drinks.

TASTING NOTES:

The palate here is long, starting with a lavish sweetness followed by an almost chili-like spice that lingers, the final palate is spicy, warming and lasting.

Bouquet: Blackcurrant and cassis layered with notes of subtle pepper and spice. 

Palate: Generous and sweet blackcurrant followed by layers of cedar oak and dried bay leaf. Elegant and textured tannins are balanced with natural acidity leaving a firm, persistent finish.

Crisp, dry Belgian Blonde Ale with an easy pale malt character and a leafy hop presence
