This 5% American Pale Ale is all about balance - easy-drinking, full of flavour, and brewed to keep things fresh. Using a clean malt base, we let the hops do the talking. Citra brings bright notes of citrus and tropical fruit, while Mosaic adds hints of blueberry, pine, and a light herbal edge. Together, they create a refreshing, juicy profile with just the right touch of bitterness. It’s light-bodied, crisp on the finish, and endlessly drinkable - perfect for sunny afternoons, BBQs, or unwinding at the end of the day. Bold enough for hop lovers, but smooth enough for anyone to enjoy. A modern pale ale that hits all the right notes - fresh, bright, and built for good times.

Welcome to the joint venture project, a series of brewhouse two-headers featuring Boneface and some of our favorite brewers. Smash is nifty shorthand for a single malt and single hop brew, the perfect strategy to plot with Hop Federation, Motueka's lupulin pioneers in the heart of the hop capital. Together we're coaxing the NZH-109 variety to show us its good side in this gloriously fragrant Pale Ale.

This 5.5% Hazy Pale Ale brings together the best of New Zealand's hop innovation - Motueka and Riwaka deliver bold tropicals and ripe stone fruit, while NZH-112 adds a clean citrus edge with bright lemon-lime character. 

Soft and juicy with low bitterness, this beer balances haze with lift, offering freshness, drinkability and depth. A vibrant local expression of what a modern hazy pale ale can be.

This 5.2% Double Dry hopped Pale Ale serves up a delicious medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Fermented with Vermont Yeast, packed full of Citra and Mosaic Hops and Dry Hopped with enhanced pellets it’s a punchy combination of fruity, tropical and citrus notes! (Store Cold)
