Unit price perSilver Wing Ceramic Sauvignon ticks lots of boxes from the funky, earthy aroma notes to the fresh bright acidity that gives Sauvignon Blanc its refreshing edgy flavours. And it also ticks the vegan box.
Winemaker Andrew Fox focusses on low intervention winemaking methods, including no filtration which may result in lees sediment in the wines, which is harmless and looks like small crystals.
Silver Wing wines are made by Andrew Fox in the Waipara Valley, North Canterbury.

Unit price perBold, bright, fruit salad in a glass; that's what sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is all about and it's a lively, lovely fresh new spring white. The bubbles in this wine come from tank fermentation to preserve the naturally fresh fruit flavours of this vibrant wine.

Unit price perBright flavours, fresh and light in style - and lighter in alcohol too with 9% ABV. Sauvignon Blanc is well suited to lower alcohol wines because it's so intense in flavour and this lively wine expresses that with its tropical fruit aromas, fresh herb tastes and its fresh zesty acidity, which adds balance and length of taste.
A great wine to drink when you want less alcohol but still want to enjoy a drink or two. That little bit less alcohol makes a big difference... and here's a tasty example which is also dry in style with 5 grams residual sugar (that's natural sugar from the grapes, retained from stopping the fermentation early).

Unit price perFrom Jules Taylor...
The signature dish. When Jules talks about Sauvignon Blanc, clouds part and celestial choirs sing. This is the wine Jules loves because it is so expressive of the site where it’s grown. It’s a grape that, within a row - and even within a bunch - has a mind-blowing range of full-throttle flavour, just the way Jules likes it.
The 2024 Meltwater Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a dry, organic wine produced by Corofin, featuring vibrant aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and herbs with a pleasing savoury edge. Grown in the Wairau and Omaka Valleys, it offers crisp acidity, textural complexity from lees aging, and a long, salty finish

Unit price perWhitehaven’s single vineyard range of wines speak to the importance of terroir in creating unique, premium quality wines, and allow us to showcase outstanding, smaller parcels of fruit identified by our winemakers each vintage. Reflecting the exclusive nature of these wines, each bottle is individually numbered.
We have used a lightweight bottle to lessen this wine’s impact on the environment.
Colour / Appearance: Mid straw yellow with bright clarity.
Aroma / Bouquet: Stonefruit, citrus, herbs, and florals with a background of oak and malolactic ferment derived creaminess.
