Unit price perArdbeg Uigeadail (pronounced Oog-a-dal), takes its name from the brooding mysterious loch which provides the peat-laden water for Ardbeg. This is a special vatting of different styles of Ardbeg, marrying together its traditional deep, smoky notes with the luscious, sweet, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks.
An indulgent smooth single malt matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. These casks were sourced from well-known port producer W&J Graham's
Nose: Clove-studded orange, raspberry and prune.
Palate: Chocolatey at first, before waves of dried fruit and stem ginger notes appear. A touch of earthy bitterness develops later on, balanced by runny honey.
Finish: Roast chestnuts, gingerbread and tobacco.

The single malt spent its years in a combination of American and European oak, both of which were seasoned with Oloroso sherry. What did you expect from Macallan? A wonderful balance of creamy sweetness and fiery spice to be found in this one.
Nose: Butterscotch and plump raisin, with spiced apple crumble and oak spice.
Palate: Dried fruits galore, with a dusting of cinnamon, candied ginger and orange peel.
Finish: More warming ginger alongside a drizzle of honey and buttery caramel.
Previously part of their travel retail offering, Oban's Little Bay has graduated to the core range. Master Blenders Dr. Matthew Crow and Dr. Craig Wilson use whisky matured in refill American oak hogsheads, European oak Sherry casks and refill casks with new ends for this expression before allowing the resultant single malt whisky to marry in small oak casks.
Nose: Dried apple chips, floral herbs and chopped mint, candied orange and a touch of milky coffee.
Palate: Those fancy chocolates with the flakes of sea salt, pound cake topped with demerara sugar and cinnamon. Citrus returns on the mid-palate.
Finish: Spiced with cinnamon and ginger.

It's classic Glenlivet, with a creamy and fruity character bolstered by the use of first-fill American oak to mature some of the whisky.
From Dufftown on the banks of the River Fiddich, The Singleton of Glendullan is, much like House Tully, a product of the Riverlands – just with a lower-case 'r'. A sweet and fruity dram, this single malt is heaving with vanilla, chocolate and cereal notes, all lifted by a lively spice.
Single malt Scotch whisky from the Knockando distillery in the prolific Speyside region, aged for a dozen years before being bottled. Interestingly, they seem to have done away with including the vintage for this bottling...
Nose: Banana chips, honey'd barley and a few fleeting floral flourishes.
Palate: Cadbury Fingers, brown bread with butter, sultanas and honeydew melon.

Unit price perGlenmorangie gathers the silky, fruity spirit from their giraffe-high stills and let it steep in American oak casks. No less than 15 years later, a portion goes into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years.
Once 18 years have passed, the two spirits are reunited to create a warm balance of sweet, floral lushness. Rich marmalade flavours brush against honey and fig, touches of caramelized orange and far-off campfire smoke.
The oldest of three Royal Brackla single malts launched in 2015. Distillation at Royal Brackla is slow, with plenty of reflux and this whisky is matured in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a rich whisky with notes of dark chocolate, anise and sweet summer berries.
