Auchentoshan Three Wood is triple distilled and matured in American Bourbon Oak. It is finished in Spanish Olorosso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The result - a Lowland single malt rich with dark fruits, thick butterscotch, roasted hazelnuts and the signature smooth, delicate Auchentoshan taste. Alcohol Vol 43%

Long fermentation times and slow distillation are the word at Aberfeldy and the resultant malt has a honeyed and almost waxy quality. This beauty has been finished in Madeira casks adding fresh citrus and delicate tones of baked fruits, rich spices and cinnamon.

Stunning complex single malt from the awesome Aberlour Distillery, one of the smallest in Scotland's prolific Speyside region. This expression has enjoyed its maturation in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks. Dig in to all those fruity, spicy sherried notes that you're familiar with from Aberlour, paired with decadent helpings of rich, creamy vanilla. Highly ideal for somewhat chilly evenings, this one.

Nose: Big aromatics on this one with cloves, cardamom and camphor, and then comes a wave of sweeter notes like toffee, milk chocolate and orange rind.

Palate: Full texture, round and creamy, with sweet dark cherries, fudge, and mocha coffee with a refreshing minty breeze.

Finish: Quite long with lingering honey and wood spice.

Matsui has proven itself to be masterful in blending and ageing whisky with both its Kurayoshi and Tottori collections and is now stepping confidently into the world of whisky distillation with its single malt collection entitled, ‘The Matsui.’

Blending only the best malt and grains, combined with the fresh spring water from the streams of Mount Daisen provides a refreshing finish. Aged for 3 years in toasted oak barrels. 

Bright golden yellow, it has an elegant and balanced nose of ripe fruit, spices and wood. Rich and complex on the palate with floral notes that leave room for more evolved aromas of vanilla and chocolate. Slightly sweet and oaky finish.

Recommended to serve with ice or to make the Highball long drink.

An 18-year-old single malt from Aultmore that offers aromas of cereal, fruit salad, vanilla, peach and grapefruit on the nose, complemented by notes of biscuits, orange blossom, white grapes and garden herbs throughout the palate.

A higher strength expression entirely first fill sherry cask matured.

Aroma: Resinous, candied peel and fresh oak notes.

Casg Annamh means 'rare cask' in Gaelic.  This expression is significantly influenced by the finest quality, hand-selected Oloroso Sherry casks.  The liquid is matured in three types of casks; European oak Sherry casks and two different types of American oak casks resulting in a rich and intense whisky.

It's smooth, fresh, nutty, citrusy whisky that will satisfy pretty much everyone.The palate is sweet caramel and burnt sugar, thanks to the bourbon wood used. It finishes quite spicy, with fresh ginger and toasted almonds.

The Arran Single Malt selected for this cask strength expression was initially matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels for 7 years before being transferred for secondary maturation into smaller Quarter casks also made of the finest American oak for a further 2 years. The process of transferring our whisky into the smaller 125 litre sized casks for their final 2 years of maturation produces far greater contact between the whisky & oak and a faster, more intense maturation.

The end result is a full-bodied expression of Arran Single Malt combining power and finesse full of rich vanilla sweetness and bold peppery spice. Bottling at natural Cask Strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring of any sort presents this whisky in its purest form. Small casks would have been a common feature of the Arran whisky trade in the eighteenth & nineteenth centuries as they were easier to handle and transport around the island. With our much-loved Quarter Cask expression we proudly bring this tradition back to life.

Thanks to the forestry commission, sawmill and cooperage in France, we use the finest virgin French oak casks to enhance our whisky.

Layers of complexity and flavour emerge from a maturation journey that begins in American White Oak ex bourbon casks before a portion of the whisky is split between six different virgin oak casks sourced from across various regions of France (Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles & Les Bertranges).

The result is a fruity and spicy whisky with flavours of crème caramel, baked peach and sweet liquorice.

The Glenturret Triple Wood Edition features unpeated spirit exclusively matured in three distinctive wood types, American oak Sherry seasoned, European oak Sherry seasoned and American oak Bourbon seasoned casks. This expression delivers punchy citrus and boiled sweet aromas and eventually reveals intense toffee apple, orange peel and complex oak notes on the palate. This edition is crafted in small batches at Scotland's Oldest Working Distillery with less than 60 casks hand selected to create this unique dram per batch. The latest iteration of Benromach's cask strength offering - this one from a small selection of 48 casks and served at its natural cask strength. As the colour suggests - there's plenty of stewed fruit, citrus and Christmas spice flavours that intermingle nicely with just a lick of warming peat.

Founded in 1998 by WM. Teacher & Sons, The Ardmore distillery has continued to uphold traditionl distilling methods, using only the aromatic smoke from natural, Highland peat fires to dry its malted barley.  The Ardmore Legacy celebrates these age old traditions with a liquid that is peated yet light, sweet and uplifting.

The biggest and peatiest of Ardbeg's "core" range. The nose is creamy and a little fruity - then the peat bursts through in a massive cloud of iodine and smoke. The palate starts out sweet, with with hot-buttered, toasted sultana bread, bittersweet caramel and burnt honey. It dries out towards the finish, ending with salty ash, dried beef and szechuan pepper.

Double matured Dalwhinnie here. This addition to the 2022 Distillers Edition sees the Highland single malt matured in oloroso seasoned American oak casks, which brings a touch of tropical notes to this whisky.
