Teremana Tequila is a tequila brand founded by Dwayne Johnson, otherwise known as The Rock. The tequila is made from ripe agaves harvested from the Highlands of Jalisco and are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 3 days. After shredding, the agaves are fermented in an open tank and then distilled in copper pot stills. Teremana Reposado Tequila matures in former bourbon barrels and is bottled at 80 proof.The name means "spirit of the earth"--TERE from the Latin word for "earth" and MANA from the Polynesian word for "spirit."

Meticulously blended in over 50 year old potstills and an extended maturation period in French oak, this blended brandy is the result of extreme dedication to the art of brandy making and has, over the years, come to be known simply as Premium. Calle 23 (pronounced Kai-Yay 23) tequila is the result of a journey started in 2003 by French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. Sophie’s patience and passion drove her to create a tequila that could first of all satisfy her own palate, then the palates of potential aficionados. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Highland tequilas are known for their sweetness. Sophie distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo) using combinations of different yeasts. This is very unusual. The Blanco is a 100% agave tequila, which reflects the purest expression of the pure agave flavour.

Created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Golden straw in colour with a balance of vanilla and wood on the nose. Cenote reposado is aged fro 3 months in American oak barrels, delivering a round, harmonious palate of vanilla, wood and spice.

Taking it’s inspiration from the ocean, our Wave gin is our take on a more classic style of gin. We wanted to balance our bold Mountain gin with something that gives a nod to what you may be familiar with in a Gin.

At a slightly higher proof of 47% to still maintain a boldness in cocktails, we use sugar kelp to give this gin a touch of sweetness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. The Wave is versatile gin for all your cocktails and great for classic gin lovers.

Your first note will be bold citrus which gives way to soft juniper, finally flowing into a welcome ginger note that tails off and leaves you with the anticipation of taking your next sip.

Pot distilled to maximise the flavour, using the authentic London Dry method - with only water added after distillation.

This gin can be enjoyed on ice, or if you fancy G&T's then it's recommended to pair with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic, Grapefruit Tonic or Grapefruit Soda. The recommended garnishes are a fresh lime slice, celery cut or fresh mint/lemon balm. It goes equally well in a cocktail too, to make the ultimate versatile gin.

This is a recipe inspired by the diversity of our land: Oaxaca. We use our GAD agave spirit as the base, then we macerate the 8 botanics: juniper and 7 botanics from Oaxaca: avocado leaf, yerba santa, cacao and Oaxaca tangerine amongst others; then we make a triple distillation.

This is a Gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of our region.

Notes – There is a balance between the avocado, yerba santa and the juniper with a final touch of agave.

This gin is all about Chardonnay, which is combined here with classic and modern gin botanicals. These include juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom, coriander, all beautifully balanced by the big body and weight of Chardonnay, hence the name Blanc de Blancs - white of whites. It’s code for great whites in the wine world and now too in the spirit one.

Chardonnay Barrel Gin is a smooth and super sippable gin. Aged in French Oak ex-Chardonnay barrels, the palate is light and creamy, finishing with lingering spice and fresh citrus peel. As soon as you open the bottle, you'll get great aromas of preserved lemon, ginger, light vanilla and cinnamon.

Made by the same folks who created the award-winning Gin Mare, this gin is a tribute to the pioneers and heritage behind spirits. It features a hefty load of vibrant botanicals distilled over seven distillations, including juniper, lime, kumquat, lemon, pink and green grapefruit, mandarin, lemongrass, bitter and sweet oranges - distilled in that order. With a bottle designed to look like an antique medicine bottle, this is one to store at the front of the drinks cabinet!
