It?s blended by hand and uses Demerara caramel for afull-bodiedd look and flavor, lightly toasted sweet caramel aromas and a soft honeyed texture in the mouth.

STOLEN Dark was awarded a gold medal at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It is the result of a blend with old rum distilled from molasses, known locally as "black gold" black gold, which comes from one of the many local mills on the island.

Don Papa Baroko has aged for several years in American oak barrels. The Master Blender then selects the most expressive casks, those which best reveal the fruity and vanilla notes.

Locally known as "The national drink of Guadalajara" this is a Mexican favourite. From humble beginnings, the Paloma has been refined into a universally adored cocktail. Sweet, sour, a little bitter and seriously refreshing.

Inspired by the passion, traditions, and culture of their native Mexico, brothers Julio and Eduardo Mestre founded Los Siete Misterios in 2010 with the goal of making a Mezcal that represents the customs, culture, and passion of Mexico.

Beginning with highest quality agave plants, Los Siete Misterios follows ancestral methods including cooking in underground ovens, milling with wooden mallets, and often distilling with hand-made clay pots. 

Los Siete Misterios is the creation of the brothers, the Maestros Mezcaleros, and the Oaxacan communities in pursuit of celebrating Mezcal and Mexican Culture.

The Doba-Yej is the core expression. It is a well-balanced Mezcal that is delicious sipped neat or in a cocktail. Doba-Yej means Agave Espadin in the ancient Zapotec
language.

The NZ Rum Co. is here to push the boundaries and change the way we think about Rum.  We?ve thrown the molasses overboard and made it from natural sugar cane Jaggery, the result a clean fresh finish.  Not only are we creating a new taste experience, but we?re also proud to be distilling locally, right here in New Zealand.

Our Orchard Gin is a single-shot distilled gin using traditional and native botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, orris root, kawakawa leaves, nutmeg, and, of course, orchard pears.

This gin is the perfect choice for a sunny afternoon and pairs exceptionally well with neutral tonic waters or soda water.
