Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour it has unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. An infusion of precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination. 

Aperol's strength is its low alcohol content, only 11%.

Malfy Gin Rosa is distilled by the Vergnano family in Italy. Italian juniper, Sicilian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and five other botanicals are used to create this gin. This is a fresh and juicy gin, excellent for summery drinks. 

Rich and smooth, packed with delectable NZ Blackberries and lashings of sweet Vanilla. Be warned, this is divinely moreish.

Luxardo Maraschino follows the original recipe from 1821 and requires four years to produce this specialty. Marasca cherries are harvested from Luxardo’s own trees and the solid components are then infused in larchwood. The product is distilled in small copper pot stills. Finally a combination of sugar and water is added before bottling.

Yoowe Bacanora is made in the state of Sonora, Mexico, from maguey Pacifica (Agave Angustifolia), which is also known as Yaquiana locally. The agave is cooked in a traditional underground oven with mesquite and oak. After a wild fermentation, there are two distillations in stainless/copper stills.

This is a spirit that the Yaqui Indians have been making in Sonora for some time. This is really rare. Aromas of pepper, earth and saline. The palate is complex and clean with minerals integrated with spice, notes of salt and mint. The palate is deceptively smooth, and oh so enjoyable!

Bay of Islands rum, handcrafted with 100% natural spices. Carefully selected spices gives this spiced rum a smooth, natural taste with prominent notes of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Created for sipping straight but is equally as good in cocktails and mixers.

A classic gin with upfront juniper, fresh coriander, citrus and creamy preserved grapefruit leading to a delicate orris driven finish.

Whistlebird Gin has been developed by two blokes with a garage, lab grade equipment, artificial intelligence and napkin math. 

With their own unique and efficient method of distillation, the breaking down of botanical matter has become many times more efficient and less wasteful than traditional methods.

The botanical mass bathes in a bath of sound (the bird bath) engulfed by low frequency wave lengths which sound like a high pitched whistle. 

Maceration occurs when these sound waves uniformly break down our formula through vibration which ultimately saturates our blend with a Scream and a Whistle!

Along with the trademark distillation process this allows for a very fast, controlled, and efficient maceration and distillation.

Pondering early rock n? roll, they thought, a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great ? so they worked with the basics to get some robust tones going, then turned up the volume. This stripped back approach is how they created Victor Gin.

Where Eclipse is floral and fruity, Extra Old blends significantly older barrels of mainly double pot distillates that have rounded these crisper notes into a subtler balance.
