The TANQUERAY? Perfect Serve?

1. First of all, take a fresh lime and cut it into wedges. 
2. Take one of these wedges and squeeze the juice from it into the bottom of your hi-ball glass. 
3. Next, fill the glass two thirds with premium quality ice and then pour in a 35ml measure of TANQUERAY® gin (43% ABV). 
4. Now, top up the glass with premium quality tonic and stir well. 
5. Finally, run a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass, so that the fresh smell and taste of citrus greets you as you drink, and for the finishing touch, drop a fresh piece of lime into your now perfectly made T&T.

Casamigos Mezcal is made using the traditional method. Once harvested, the piñas are split and laid to cook for 4–6 days in six-ton earthen pits lined with volcanic rock.

Depending on the season, Casamigos Mezcal ferments for 2–8 days before being distilled in covered copper pot stills. Casamigos is twice-distilled.

Derrumbes Durangois made with agave Cenizo (Durangesis) in Nombre de Dios, Durango. More and more mezcals continue to come out of Durango, and Nombre de Dios is establishing itself as a mezcal stronghold in the state. From Oaxaca to Michoacan and beyond, Derrumbes bottles many varieties of mezcal that are made using different agave and production methods. They have spirits from different states in Mexico, and they bottle some very small producers that are not available elsewhere.

The Original Dark expression from Plantation has had a little bit of a revamp! It's now made with aged rum from Trinidad and Jamaica, which then blended together and aged further in Cognac casks, which should impart some fruity richness to the expression...

During his time in Scotland, Charles Edward Stuart would carry with him a mysterious draught, from which he would drink a few drops every day. Nobody knew for certain what this formula was; only that it had been created by the Royal Apothecary. The apothecary would have imbued the drink with protective properties. He must have chosen Cloves - a dried flower bud of an Indonesian tree. This aromatic spice is still used for its powerful analgesic properties. Only the most prized spices would have been used. Many are convinced that saffron was the main ingredient. Not only was it renowned for its medical and sedative properties, but it would also have given the drink its rich golden colour. The secret selection of herbs, spices and Scottish heather honey is then infused by hand into the Scotch whisky base.
