Don Papa Masskara is a limited edition celebrating the famous party on the Philippines’ Negros island, going by the name of Masskara (aka 'Smile party'). It's essentially the original Don Papa rum enriched by mixing in other local ingredients including honey from the Kanlaon forest, the Filipino citrus variety Calamondin and local Siling Labuyo chillies.

Myer’s Original Dark Rum is a blend of up to nine different rums of various ages, all of which are distilled using Jamaica's typical production method: pot-stills. The Original Dark Rum is slightly unique in Jamaica however, because some of the molasses used earlier in the process is added back in after distillation. Myers rum has been produced since 1879 and named after its founder, Fred Myers.

Perfumed digestive liqueur from Haute-Provence, the Farigoule (which means thyme in Provence), is the very spirit of the scents of Provence. The digestive virtues of thyme make it possible to finish the meal on a light, fragrant and sweet note.

Barrel Rested Slow Blueberry

DESCRIPTION : Made our way, Made Slow. Not with sloe berries but using beautiful local Blueberries. in a  Sloe Gin Method. Steeped and pressed with TimE and Patience. A classic rich Sweet tone.  But we weren’t done there. Reaching out to Alexia Winery in Martinbrough we used a Cabernet Franc Barrel to further layer this gin. It all comes together with Terroir, Richness, and Lush with A Rebel Spirit. Beautiful. Bold and Limited. to 250 bottles.

Notes : Berry Jam, Deep Cherry and sweet wood

Finish: Rich wood and mellow port feel, tannic finish with more berry fullness.

Distilled extracts of oranges and curacao fruit, delicately blended to preserve the orange flavour.  Drier and higher in alcohol strength than the curacao liqueurs.

Calle 23 (pronounced Kai-Yay 23) tequila is the result of a journey started in 2003 by French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. Sophie’s patience and passion drove her to create a tequila that could first of all satisfy her own palate, then the palates of potential aficionados. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Highland tequilas are known for their sweetness. Sophie distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo) using combinations of different yeasts. This is very unusual. The Reposado is 100% agave and is rested in ex-bourbon oak casks for 8 months.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular Blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavour are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.

For years, the only way to sample this was to visit our distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Until now.
