Tito's Hand Made Vodka is made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito?s is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but we think it?s well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.

Chris and Elliot spent the good part of 18 months searching for the perfect oak aged Caribbean rum. Many taste tests were conducted with friends and family before finally settling on their first cask.

They then started tinkering with spicing the rum right here in New Zealand, blending the rich history of the Caribbean with the adventurous spirit of New Zealand. 

The subtle caramel sweetness of the rum with a vanilla back bone allowed the beautiful spices to come through, highlighting local citrus, nutmeg and clove.

The infusion became more refined and complex, through out lock down. And by the end they were happy with the result. Let the bottling begin!

Umenoyado Gin is a blend of juniper berries, coriander seeds, high-quality yuzu, lemon, and apple, and special sake brewed by Umenoyado. These are combined using a distillation method that fully brings out the flavor of the five types of botanicals and sake, as well as our traditional blending techniques, to create a special Japanese craft gin.

The NZ Rum Co. is here to push the boundaries and change the way we think about Rum.  We?ve thrown the molasses overboard and made it from natural sugar cane Jaggery, the result a clean fresh finish.  Not only are we creating a new taste experience, but we?re also proud to be distilling locally, right here in New Zealand.

A 100% agave reposado tequila aged for 4-6 months in 190 litre casks previously used to age whiskey at the Early Times Distillery in Kentucky and the Jack Daniel?s Distillery in Tennessee.

Nose: Sea salty, herbal floral nose with hints of vanilla.

Palate: Salty, spicy.

Finish: Vanilla emerges alongside pleasant vegetable notes and gives way to a finish dominated by cracked black pepper.

Cocktail aficionados prize the St-Germain elderflower liqueur for its unique delicacy and subtlety and how it contributes a most refreshing piquancy to a well-designed aperitif. There is no other liqueur like it, being made from freshly hand-picked elderflower blossoms, from the foothills in the Alps, picked over the course of three or four days when the plant is in bloom. It is a truly artisan product, as less than 50 pickers are employed, who must quickly deliver the harvest to local market for delivery to the St-Germain distillery. Now, you would not see Polish men wandering the hills gathering wild potatoes for a special vodka, would you?. The freshness of the blossoms is the essence and this is captured in the maceration and distilling process. Over a century of refining the liqueur has resulted in a most delightful ?melange curieux?. "Made from 100% Weber Blue Agave - aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character. 1800 Coconut Tequila ? A unique infusion of fresh, ripe coconut flavour and 1800 Silver Tequila. this versatile spirit is delicious on the rocks and also tastes great mixed with pineapple juice.

Malfy Gin Rosa is distilled by the Vergnano family in Italy. Italian juniper, Sicilian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and five other botanicals are used to create this gin. This is a fresh and juicy gin, excellent for summery drinks. 

Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos is a white rum, smooth and light, aged naturally for 3 years to reveal an intense aroma.

Its complex flavour has established it as the ideal rum for cocktails in Cuba such as the Mojito and the Daiquiri.

Smooth tones of Guajillo Chilli, steeped to bring out savoury, chocolatey tones and balanced with candied jalapeno heat for a spicy finish. This gin is all the good things of spice balanced by the freshness of juniper and citrus. Great for balancing out sweet mixers and as a way to spice up classic cocktails.
