To make Curieux, we age our Tripel, a Belgian-style golden ale, in bourbon barrels for approximately seven weeks. After that time is up, we blend the barrel-aged beer with a portion of fresh Tripel, to layer the beer with its signature notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and hint of bourbon. First brewed back in 2004, Curieux remains our most popular barrel-aged beer.

Golden, aromatic and zesty: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale offers up a tangy tropical cocktail of grapefruit, tangerine, and pineapple. Sierra Nevada Pale is the perfect accompaniment to the fresh spicy American cuisine like tacos, chili or barbequed meats.

Revenant IPA has full-bodied flavor from rich Pale malts generating a light amber hue. A blend of Simco and Citra hops to generate a unique and lively citrus aroma and flavor. This is a very refreshing IPA suitable for hopheads and everyone else, as well.

Big Wave is a light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. A smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops.
