So we called our pals at Lallemand for a box of their experimental EXP-483 yeast, then paired it with Hopsteiner’s potent Alora hop (formerly HS17701). Goos, you're not crazy, the harder you run on that treadmill, the faster it goes. The trick? Run less fast! To help you do that, we brewed this thick NEIPA to shake off the chains of 9-to-5 existence. A trinity of Rakau, Amarillo CGX and Strata CGX. No silly, all those notes of strawberries, apricots and lemongrass are not a concoction. It's the truth, even though we didn't brew it. Mmmm, juicy fruity IPA.

Brewed with three seductive hops and a yeast named after a fruit goddess, it’s all red berries, sweet candy and citrus. Triple Stacked Coconut Cake pours thick and pitch black with a creamy mocha head and aromas of fudge brownie, almond marzipan, and big coconut custard vibes. Flavors are stacked high, with chocolate fudge, toasted sweetened coconut, and sweetened condensed milk with a nutty almond finish, harmoniously wrapped up into an extra creamy mouthfeel. Turbodog is a dark brown ale brewed with pale, caramel, and chocolate malts and Willamette hops. This combination gives Turbodog its rich body and color and a sweet chocolate, toffee-like flavor. Turbodog began as a specialty ale, but has gained a huge, loyal following and has become one of our flagship brews. This ale pairs well with most meats and is great served with hamburgers or sausages. It is a good match with smoked fish and can even stand up to wild-game dishes. Turbodog is also great for marinating and braising meats and cooking such things as cabbage and greens. Colby, Gloucester, Cheddar and blue cheeses go nicely with Turbodog. It’s perfect with spicy Louisiana jambalaya or Spanish paella. Some even like it paired with chocolate!

Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw

We tweaked our Elemental base with the intent of not barrel aging all of it, and conditioned it on Banana, Peanuts, Oreos, Madagascar Vanilla, and Lactose. All Wise pours like pitch black 10W-30 motor oil with a quickly dissipating head. Aromas of brownie batter, creamy banana, and roasted peanuts rise up before extreme flavors of rich German chocolate cake, banana creme brûlée custard, crushed Oreos with cream, and peanut butter fudge brownies all wrap up into a creamy super thiccccc mouthfeel that is a decadent treat fit for a King.

To make Curieux, we age our Tripel, a Belgian-style golden ale, in bourbon barrels for approximately seven weeks. After that time is up, we blend the barrel-aged beer with a portion of fresh Tripel, to layer the beer with its signature notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and hint of bourbon. First brewed back in 2004, Curieux remains our most popular barrel-aged beer.
