Unit price perTorpedo Extra IPA takes its name from the device that Sierra Nevada invented to dry hop the beer adding aromatic oils to the conditioning brew without adding undue bitterness. Torpedo IPA utilizes Magnum, Crystal and the new Citra hop varieties in the whole cone form. Torpedo pours a brilliant gold with a healthy white head. On the nose there are complex layers of tropical fruit, grapefruit, orange, black pepper, and a herbaceous green note. In the mouth the beer is a raging advertisement for American hops, layers of citrus and piney resin are built upon a solid malt backbone. Finally there is a long dry finish. This is the ultimate beer for spicy cuisine.
Try it with a Thai curry or spicy barbequed food.

AleSmith’s interpretation of this classic English-style ale is smooth, dark, and rich. A variety of specialty malts produce a brilliant dark brown color and a wonderful malt complexity. A light dose of East Kent Goldings and Styrian Goldings hops from England balance the malt sweetness without adding bitterness to the flavor profile. Reintrodcued at AleSmith in 2002, Nautical Nut Brown ale has quickly become one of our most popular beers.

Unit price perBig beers are good and Big IPA's are even better. But it's kind'a like, well, first you ride some great wheelies and then you get it in your head to try jumping stuff. Maybe you start with a ramp in the driveway and then you move to bigger things like a real cougar and rattle snakes. It's a rush and all your friends think you're pretty cool, but eventually even that's not enough so you jump through fire, over some trucks, some Dodge's, some Semi's, a fountain, and later a pile of wrecked cars. While making strong beers it's hard to screw the pooch and end up steppin' off into a rag doll boogie, but your taste buds can get bent and over time you start to thinkin' that only bigger is better. Eventually you jump your beer over the Snake Canyon and end up on the news in the river with a headache. We do dig our beers big and we do dig an occasional Flip n' Whip, a solid McMetz, or a Nack grab... but balance is still the most important skill and the MAXIMUS IPA is exactly that. Ask anyone. Ride a pint. Taste the hops. Slurp the malt. Drink the juice- Live to ride another day...

Unit price perMikkeller is a legendary brewery from Denmark. They work with select top breweries across the world, and we’re stoked they've chosen Garage Project as their partner for Asia Pacific. These are Mikkeller beers, their recipes, brewed in New Zealand by Garage Project, with specially selected hops from Nelson Lakes, local Gladfield malts, and sprinklings of our lot-selected Yakima Chief Hops.
Mikkeller is a kindred spirit of brewing creativity and we’re thrilled to be working together on a range of beers. The beers we brew at Garage Project will be popping up in Mikkeller venues throughout Asia, and we’re also lucky to have secured limited amounts for enjoyment closer to home.
