The powerful bouquet displays complex aromas of very ripe berries mixed with fresh fruit. The wood from 60% new barrels is completely incorporated into the wine. The palate is extremely dense and fleshy. The very full tannins are in no way aggressive and leave attractive freshness on the finish with very long aromas.

The 2010 Château Meyney is a full-bodied red Bordeaux blend from the Saint-Estèphe appellation in France, praised as a major vintage sleeper with rich black currant, earthy, and meaty notes.

The 2018 Senejac is deep garnet-purple coloured with a nose of warm berries, earth, herbs and tobacco plus floral notions. The palate is full-bodied and rich with fine-grained tannins, nice freshness and good length. 90-92 Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Advocate (2019).

The Yuzu is Japanese citrus fruit.  That has a great balance of sweet and sour.  This Yuzu liqueur is made from a base of Original Junmai Saké and locally grown Yuzu is then blended.  (8 whole fruit per 720ml are used)  It is best on the rocks.

This Junmai Ginjo sake features a gentle aroma and balanced acidity, complementing your meal without overpowering it.

At room temperature, baking spice aromas and flavors become prominent and the palate is even creamier.
