Dry, flinty South African Chenin Blanc with a twist; winemakers Vincent and Tania met when he was visiting her home in South Africa. They got married, returned to his homeland in France and now make small volumes of high quality wine in both countries. 

This dry, flinty, deliciously complex and succulent white is inspired by Vouvray from the Loire Valley - the classic home of Chenin Blanc.
This wine is made from grapes that were all hand picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts. It comes from Swartland, one of the most beautiful regions in a drop dead gorgeously beautiful country.

Alcohol fermented and distilled from 100% natural crops with spring water makes the taste is pure and clean.. The Unique quality comes from bamboo charcoal filter process that ensures purity and clarity

This Watermelon flavored soju is very fruity and smooth. It's a little sweeter and not as harsh as regular soju,

Kannoko

This premium Shochu is made from 100% select barley. Kannoko, which means 'river protected by the gods' in Kagoshima dialect, is the named after a stream in South Kagoshima. Kannoko has rich and mellow flavor with fragrant aroma. Kannoko's amber color comes naturally from the oak barrel aging process for 3 years. All natural ingredients. No additives .

Bodegas Roda is completely new to New Zealand this year, 2023, and is also a fabulously modern expression of traditional Spanish grape varieties which express themselves in bold red fruit flavours here with the support structure of firm smooth tannins, spicy complex aromas and depth. The blend is 94% Tempranillo,  4% Garnacha and 2% Graciano, all grown on bush vines between 15 to 30 years of age.
Fermentation and ageing was in large French oak vats for 12 months. Stabilisation was natural with egg white used for fining. 

This is a great wine from relatively youthful vines in Spanish terms. It drinks well now and has fabulous structure to age further.

Our low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, cool maritime mesoclimate, naturally tiny yields of well under 35 hl/ha and our philosophy of expressing our terroir in our wines ? give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of our Pinot noir. Our Pinot noir is not overtly fruity, soft and "sweet" and it generally shows hints of that alluring savoury "primal" character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume.

Hamilton Russell is the top winery of the Walker Bay region of South Africa. They are one of the southernmost wine estates in South Africa and are incredibly close to the sea. It is this cooling maritime influence, which helps to cool down their vineyards and enable their grapes to retain acidity, which provides freshness in the resulting wines. It was founded in 1975 by Tim Hamilton Russell who set up the property in the search of making South Africa's top cool-climate wines. It has since been taken over by his son Anthony and his wife Olive. They are now making highly individual, terroir-driven Pinot noir and Chardonnay, which are widely regarded as with the best in South Africa and among the finest in the New World.

Made from 100% Tempranillo fruit aged for 36 months in American oak and held for five years before release and now with some decent age under its belt - what's not to like. Bold and powerful with spicy fruit and mellow tannins Rioja Reservas really are a law unto themselves and given half a chance the oak just melts into the aged tertiary flavours harmoniously.

100% Chardonnay from Vinho Regional Lisboa.

The vines are planted at a density of 4.200 Plants/ha on clay and limestone soils. The fruit is destemmed and then pressed and fremented at tempreatures around 18 degrees celcius.

With the ideal soil and climate conditions, the result is a top quality, aromatic, concentrated wine. Great diurnal variation results in ripe fruits but supporting acidity.

Another banger in our ever growing Hungarian section. This one is a deep ruby colour in the glass and offers a nose of red and black fruits complexed by chocolate and mineral notes, leading to a palate of blackberry, leather and spice flavours. It was matured in large Hungarian oak casks for more than two years. There are some lovely gorgeous Bordeaux notes in this wine - Petit Verdot being one of the seasoning grapes often found at low percentages in a lot of Bordeaux. It isn't showy though, more of a thought provoking wine.

 An ideal match with dishes made of venison.

Tres Cabezas is an explosion of sensations, a red blend with an intense purplish red color and purple nuances. In the nose it stands out an exquisite
combination of acidic and fleshy red fruit aromas. In the mouth, it surprises with a fruity freshness, silky texture and soft tannins, culminating in a touch of sweetness that makes it irresistibly pleasing.

Tempranillo, Carinena & Garnacha

Dry, bright and fruity Riesling from arguably the finest Riesling growing region in the world - the Mosel.

Eight months aging in French and American oak barrels makes this bold red blend a beautiful partner with cheddar or your favourite tasty cheese. It's made from Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah, each adding powerful spicy flavour notes and deep plummy flavours, nicely balanced by bold spice and and a lingering, refreshing finish. .

The Alentejo region benefits from the warm Mediterranean climate and ripens deeply coloured red grapes such as this tasty trio.
