With a bright citrine colour, this sparkling wine reveals elegant fruity aromas, fine and persistent bubble. In the mouth it shows balance due to its freshness, softness and great acidity. A versatile wine to be tasted on different occasions.

A gorgeous example of German Cab Franc made by master of Wine Sam Harrop and Pfalz based winemaker Gerd Stepp. Red and dark fruits are wrapped in savoury and spice complexity, placing the wine somewhere between Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) plus Garnatxa, Sumoll, and other autochthonous varieties from Penedes in north west Spain

The Mas Candi vineyard is situated in Les Gunyoles in Avinyonet del Penedes. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are picked from vineyard planted in 1982, using no chemical fertilizers, antifungal treatments or pesticides. Other varieties come from a 0.5 ha vineyard planted with Mando, Cannonnau (old Catalan Grenache grown in Sardinia), Monica (Sardinia) and Sumoll. Soils are composed of calcareous clay and gravel. Vineyard altitude is 300 metres above sea level, and the climate is Mediterranean.

Grapes are hand harvested in small bins and the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months on its lees before bottling.

Sweet, supple, spicy, warm black cherry and blackberry fruit with a lovely smooth texture and notes of tea, herbs and spice. Warm and ripe and mellow with lovely balance and well integrated oak. Supremely balanced.

Our low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, cool maritime mesoclimate, naturally tiny yields of well under 35 hl/ha and our philosophy of expressing our terroir in our wines ? give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of our Pinot noir. Our Pinot noir is not overtly fruity, soft and "sweet" and it generally shows hints of that alluring savoury "primal" character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume.

Hamilton Russell is the top winery of the Walker Bay region of South Africa. They are one of the southernmost wine estates in South Africa and are incredibly close to the sea. It is this cooling maritime influence, which helps to cool down their vineyards and enable their grapes to retain acidity, which provides freshness in the resulting wines. It was founded in 1975 by Tim Hamilton Russell who set up the property in the search of making South Africa's top cool-climate wines. It has since been taken over by his son Anthony and his wife Olive. They are now making highly individual, terroir-driven Pinot noir and Chardonnay, which are widely regarded as with the best in South Africa and among the finest in the New World.

Deep juicy red from the arid dry Alentejo region in the south of Portugal, a climate that Syrah loves and adores, giving its best depths of dark fruit flavours and smooth powerful tannins. This dry Portuguese red has body to burn and rich flavours to impress with hints of dried red berries, ripe plums and even notes of stewed fruit. 

This is massively good value for money and comes from the family owned Casa Santos Lima winery.

Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga

Made from 100% Tempranillo fruit aged for 36 months in American oak and held for five years before release and now with some decent age under its belt - what's not to like. Bold and powerful with spicy fruit and mellow tannins Rioja Reservas really are a law unto themselves and given half a chance the oak just melts into the aged tertiary flavours harmoniously.

Tasting Note: Unlike other types of sake, namazake is a sake which has not been pasteurised before the maturing and bottling process, giving it a stronger taste and aroma. Namazake has a dry and balanced taste, full of fresh aromas of banana and fruit, making it a truly refreshing drink.

100% Chardonnay from the Catalonian region of Penedes in Spain, sandwiched between the Mediterranean and the local coastal mountains not far from Barcelona. The region is famed for its Cava production but here we see new wave wine makers Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm working with a Chardonnay and showing how modern Spanish winemaking is evolving.

Aged in French Nevers oak for 4 month and offering plenty of tropical and citrus fruit flavours and aromas.

The fruit for this succulent Malbec is 50% from the Uco Valley, with a majority of calcareous soils and 50% from Luján de Cuyo with loam clay soils. The vineyards are located between 950 and 1.400 metres above sea level. In our vineyards, we do not use any herbicide or systemic product, managing it in an agro-ecological way.

The wine is vinified with 20% whole clusters grapes, and the rest is destemmed. Fermentation is in small concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and at temperatures between 24º and 26ºC. Maturation continues in small concrete vats until next harvest.

This is a succulent juicy expression of Malbec (as it should be) with red fruits combining with floral aromas and black pepper. Ripe tannins lead to a soft and opulent finish.

ORGANOLEPTIC SPECIFICATION
A darker shade of ruby. The nose is of a slightly Mediterranean character, rich in spices, forest fruits and discreet oaky notes. On the palate, dominating fruity characters with some toasty notes, which contribute to the richness of flavours in the wine. This is a wine full of flavours with a long aftertaste. Taste it with pleasure!

Spritzy young dry Riesling with layers of citrus and liquid honey flavours. Clean and fresh with lemony flavours to burn. It tastes dry, medium bodied and represents delicious drinking now or as a great contender for the cellar.
