From Dufftown on the banks of the River Fiddich, The Singleton of Glendullan is, much like House Tully, a product of the Riverlands – just with a lower-case 'r'. A sweet and fruity dram, this single malt is heaving with vanilla, chocolate and cereal notes, all lifted by a lively spice.
Batch #1 of a non-chill filtered single malt at a bold 50% ABV for intensity. Composed from Australian barley and craft brewers’ yeast for extra flavour.
Starward age Fortis in 100% American Oak barrels to give a full, rich taste that enhances the toasty oak and vanilla characters of the whisky. Fortis also boasts juicy red wine characteristics thanks to barrels from mostly Barossa Valley wineries, which once held powerful shiraz and cabernets. Some barrels are charred for complexity, most are fresh, lending Fortis the intense red wine flavours that soaked into the barrel staves. They don’t chill filter this stronger release to closely represent the whisky that comes from the barrel.
A rich, full-bodied flavour balanced with the approachable velvety smoothness Starward whiskies are known for. Expect upfront notes of Madagascan vanilla pod and toasty oak. The palate is all chocolate ganache, cinnamon, quince and Muscadelle raisin with a lingering baking spiced finish.
Spectacular sipped straight and savoured. Or stir it down with vermouth, Campari and orange bitters, or in another classic cocktail.

Unit price perA 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Rather than being simply a finished whiskey, Yellow Spot contains whiskey matured for a full 12 year period in three oak cask types: American bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts, and uniquely, Spanish Malaga casks. The influence of the Malaga cask brings an exotic sweet note to the whiskey.
A classic expression of Glen Grant's style, this 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch shows pleasant notes of orchard fruit, almond and citrus accompanied by subtle notes of apple pie crust and caramel. The finish lingers with fruit and subtle hints of spice.

A Speyside single malt from the Balmenach distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. It was bottled in October 2021 at a natural cask strength of 58,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.
Oranges, sour candy and black fruit like brambles on the nose give way to a palate that is warming and creamy with mocha notes, nuts and light port aromas.

Unit price perA decadent single-malt whisky. Starward have taken inspiration from Tawny #1, and fully matured this spirit in both fresh and charred, Tawny fortified wine casks. To mix things up, they threw in some puncheon and hogshead barrels for fun, which allowed vibrant tropical flavours to come through.

Irresistible to sip neat. Strong enough to stand in a cocktail.

A unique whisky made from imported Scottish peated malt which spends 2 years in madeira casks, then 6 years in mizunara casks.
This is light, clean and fruity with aromas of apple, white grape, lingering cigar smoke, coconut macaroons, and ample Japanese oak influence. Apple and watermelon flavors appear on the palate, developing a more sugary fruitiness of candy, all brushed with gentle spice and a swish of smoke.
Kaiyo is a negotiant bottler started by a drinks group led by former Asahi employee Mr. Watanabe who was able to purchase "teaspooned" malt whisky barrels from an unnamed Japanese whisky supplier via his connections in the industry ("teaspooning" is when a distiller adds a teaspoon of another whisky into the barrel before selling it, thus preventing the purchaser from claiming it as a single malt from that distillery). The whiskies are purchased as teaspooned new make (unaged distillates) and then put into Japanese Mizunara oak barrels from Ariake, considered one of the best manufacturers in the world.
A fruity, zesty and softly-smoky Japanese whisky, matured in mizunara oak casks. Aromas of orange peel, jasmine, soft cedar and coastal air fill the nose. The palate offers notes of earthy coffee, green apples, black tea and fresh herbs, with hints of cinnamon pastries and mango that linger in the finish.

Unit price perThis was a surprise when it was released in 2018 as the distillery was closed from 1993 onwards and finally dismantled in the early 2000s. It was matured in refill American oak hogsheads and bottled at a cask strength 52.1% and the result is a lively vibrant expression with pastry, green apples and coconuts at the fore. Always a pleasure to sample malt from a ghost distillery knowing that nothing quite like it will ever be produced again.
