70% Auxerrois blend from old vines in the Clos des Capucins and the bottom of Altenbourg. Fun fact - Auxerrois can be labeled Pinot Blanc, but not the other way around - and only in Alsace. The two grapes are not related, but are stylistically similar and often blended.
Aged in a mix of old and new foudres. Vines of 15 to 50 years old. Mainly in the Clos des Capucins and some on limestone. Lots of energy and richness underneath. Very pacy! Infinitely superior to most Pinot Blancs. Lots of texture on the end.

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
