GROSJEAN GAMAY 19
100% Gamay that has found its ideal location at an altitude between 700 and 850 metres in the Vallee d'Aoste in northern Italy, on steep and sunny mountainous slopes.
Well balanced, featuring a brilliant ruby red colour, with a delicately intense fruity bouquet, the strawberry in evidence, complex, soft, with good freshness and delicate hints of tannin.
Excellent when combined with salami, “motzetta” (a kind of dried meat) and lard, as well as with traditional italian soups.
