TERRACE EDGE PINOT GRIS NORTH CANTERBURY 19
Medium dry, medium bodied and flavoursome with spicy white pear aromas. This North Canterbury Riesling has residual sugar of 14 grams per litre, which is firmly in the medium dry category both in style technically and in taste. Terra said just a small family owned winery on the edge of the Waipara River and the winemaking is done at the nearby Muddy Water Winery under the watch of the Greystone winemaking team; Terrace Edge’s winemaker, Gavin Tait, is part of that team.
Terrace Edge was named the New Zealand Organic Vineyard of the Year in 2018 and this year was named Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Winery of the Year.
