It's an orchard blend combining tanks spanning multiple vintages with no less than six ingredients; Plums, Quinces, Fujis, Galas, Pears and Crab Apples.

It's the full orchard in one bottle and really epitomises our desire to produce unique fruit driven wines.

Blanc is a new cuvée and the evolution of our super popular L'Orange.

Sauvignon Blanc skins from the Urlar Vineyard in Gladstone (courtesy of Jannine from Huntress Wines) co-fermented with fresh pressed Braeburn, Fuji and Crab Apples, then aged in tank for a full nine months.

Sitting somewhere in between a wine and a cider, it's full bodied and textural with a solid tannin structure and a bone dry finish.

Ume is a fruit synonymous with Japanese blossom season and thanks to Neville from NZ Yuzu we've had the pleasure of working with Organic Certified Ume grown a stones throw away in the Horowhenua.

Umeko is the result. A six week maceration to extract all aspects of the Ume followed by six months of bottle conditioning to round out the acidity and texture.

The result is complex and progressive - unlike anything we've produced so far. Tasting notes do it no justice so you'll have to open a bottle and see for yourself.

What do you get when you cross a Proper Crisp with a Garage Project Beer?  A Beer Crisp and a Crisp and a Crisp Beer, of course!

Out of this collaborative mash-up we bring you a limited edition 'beer inspired' Crisp, made using a blend of spices, a touch of yeast and the finest Nelson grown hops.

The classic pairing of Citra and Mosaic Hops bring an all-american presence to this Hazy IPA. Stone-fruit, Citrus and Pine on the nose carry through the beer, bolstered by smooth body and delicate bitterness

Aperitivo Italiano - Ready to drink

Produced in San Pietro di Feletto in the heart of Prosecco area in the northeast of Italy: Veneto Region

Ingredients: Glera grapes with natural selected aromas.

This Aperitivo is very refreshing and you feel the citrus notes and pleasant fruitiness, with fine bubbles and special taste of the real Italian craft Spritz.

8% alcohol

Serving suggestion: aperitivo served with ice and a slice of orange.

Made from 100% Glera and infused with grapefruit and botanicals, Rosa is pleasingly pink and refreshing. Serve over ice with a slice of grapefruit and enjoy!

Almare Spritz Hugo is a refreshing take on the traditional Italian Spritz. Made from 100% Glera (the grape used for prosecco) and infused with botanicals of elderflower, lemon and mint, the flavour is pleasingly fruity and fresh with herbal notes. Serve over ice with a garnish of lemon and mint.

Master of Malt - Monkey Shoulder Scotch is a superb blended malt whisky from William Grant, made with single malts from three famous Speyside distilleries. The result is a smooth, creamy, supple and very malty Scotch which works superbly well neat, over ice, or in whisky cocktails (where it really excels).

Tio Pepe is one of the great dry white wines of the world and is a fortified sherry from Gonzales Byass; the largest producers of this classic Spanish fortified wine style. 

This wine gains its bone dry flavours and green olive like astringent appeal from being aged under flor yeast, a foamy looking white film, which develops during the ageing process, which takes four years. This flor ageing process imparts the distinctive nutty and bread-like aromas to the sherry. There are hints of green apple and raisins on the palate. 

This wine tastes outstanding served lightly chilled with salty tapas and smoked slivers of serano ham and other smoked meats.

Double matured Dalwhinnie here. This addition to the 2022 Distillers Edition sees the Highland single malt matured in oloroso seasoned American oak casks, which brings a touch of tropical notes to this whisky.
