TABA Nelson is our Farmhouse IPA dry hopped with our hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Hop Revolution. TABA is our rotating series that explores hop interaction with our There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years. We took our There and Back Again cultures and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with Nelson. We then bottle conditioned it for several months prior to today’s release. TABA Nelson is something for the beer and wine drinker alike. It pours a vibrant golden yellow releasing aromas and flavors of balanced citrus, white riesling grapes, apricot, pleasant funk, and crisp apple all wrapped up in a finish that offers an incredibly #balancedacidity. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated, it will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

Our newest Sour IPA, Temporal Loops, which is conditioned on Apricot and Peaches.
Atop a fluffy base, Temporal Loops uses our fruit forward Past and Present yeast blend, Apricot, Peach, and select hops. A luscious stone fruit aroma continues with matching flavors of pureed peach, apricot jam, light pear, and orange fruit roll-up with a touch of hoppy flavor and a tart finish. The body is full while still maintaining its drinkability thanks to its #balancedacidity to round it all out

Cool down with an Orange Science, the latest and greatest in our zested pilsner series. Orange Science starts with a base of maize malt, newer pilsner yeast and a Motueka dry hop before adding Florida navel orange zest. Crispy and zippy lager flavors are met with a touch of Sunday mimosas, Orangina juice drink, and a dry, snappy orange finish

Emerson's - The orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus.  Which roughly translates as, a hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone.  In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out.  Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise.  Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

DBA—a.k.a. Double Barrel Ale—was the first beer ever brewed by Adam Firestone and David Walker, and it became an instant sensation. Today, DBA is regarded as an iconic California craft beer and as an enduring tribute to traditional cask-fermented English ales. Always malty, never bitter. A smooth mid palate with ribbons of caramel, English toffee and toasted oak.

This Pinot Gris is characterised by ripe stone fruit, particularly white peach and nectarine notes, with hints of floral and ginger spice characters. The mouth feel is very textural – dry and weighty with fleshy stone fruit and fine textured tannins that give a long balanced profile. A serious style of Pinot Gris to be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 5 years.
