Trolltunga is a jutting rock in Norway, hanging 700 metres over Lake Ringedalsvatnet. This beer was brewed in collaboration with Lervig to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places.

Aged in fresh Chardonnay barrels for 24 months this unique Saison has undergone a gentle secondary fermentation from Dandelion & Nettle flora harvested from the meadow beside our brewery. Rich, oaky nuances blend with earthy, floral and herbal notes.

This complex BA Saison has rested in fresh Chenin oak for 24 months and is full of dry, woody character with layers of crisp white grape, honeyed floral notes, and a subtle vinous complexity.

This 24 month barrel aged Belgian Tripel marries the bold character of a traditional Tripel with the subtle influence of oak and the intricate vinous flavours imparted by the Graves wine.

Girl From Mars is a session NEIPA, dry hopped with Harlequin, an exciting new British hop from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. This beer was created through the love of progressive British hops & the ultra modern styles they can be applied to.

Shadowy, foreboding and mysterious...describes many a winter's night on the Dark Peak. It also captures the essence of the Black IPA, with six types of malt to give it a black opaqueness and almost caramel sweetness, all balanced out with a defined piney bitterness from the Pacific Northwest hop combo of Centennial and Cascade

Tasting Note: A well-balanced nonalcoholic lager. Fresh and easy to drink. Brewed with the finest barley malt and choicest hops using a unique, patented brewing method – which does not involve extracting the alcohol at the end of brewing. Freshness and a pleasingly intense hoppy note. Creamy on the palate with the sweetness balanced by a moderate bitterness.

4.8% - Enkel, which translates to single in Dutch, pours a beautiful light gold colour. A distinct ester profile, from the Trappist-inspired yeast, imparts a complex mouthfeel. Finishing slightly dry, its refreshing character invites you back for more!

5% - Our Japanese Rice Lager is a delicately brewed beer with a light, refreshing profile inspired by traditional Japanese brewing techniques. The addition of rice gives it a smooth, crisp body with subtle sweetness, allowing the floral & herbal hop notes to shine. Perfectly balanced & highly drinkable, it’s an ideal choice for its clean, refreshing finish.

5% - Our Passionfruit Miso Sour offers a harmonious blend of tropical fragrance & sweet-sour complexity, balanced by a clean malt base. Notes of lemon, jasmine, & honey bring a light, floral sweetness that transitions into a mild, savoury umami depth. This vibrant brew evolves from bright & refreshing to richly satisfying with every sip.

3.5% - Our Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a refreshingly tart brew with a clean, crisp body & a low alcohol content, making it perfect for any occasion. Its striking ruby hue, derived from ripe raspberries, is complemented by delicate floral notes. A harmonious balance between yeast character & lactic acid creates a bright, invigorating finish.
