For those who want more beer-per-beer, Tallboy is here. This lofty classic IPA stands tall, showcasing a blend of American and New Zealand hops on the shoulders of a crisp and quenching malt base. You know, sometimes, more is more.

If the sky is clear and cool, and you’re very lucky, you might witness a sundog: apparitions that accompany the true sun, an atmospheric trick of light and ice. Our own Sundog, a pilsner starring the vivid passionfruit and white wine notes of New Zealand hops, is much easier to find, but just as crisp and bright.

Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. To moderate the sourness, Boon Brewery only brews Lambic in the 7 cold months, from early October until April, according to the traditional "turbid mash" system. This Lambic beer is brewed from 40% unmalted wheat, 60% of barleymalt, aged hops and wild yeasts collected from our coolship and is aged for 1, 2 or 3 years in oak casks. The blend, a mild average 18 months old Lambic (unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised) is refermented in the bottle and can be stored up to 20 years. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Awards at the World Beer Championships: 2008 Gold, 2010 Silver, 2012 Gold Medal.

Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

The Glutenberg blonde is a gluten-free ale made from millet. Floral hops, white pepper and lemon zest aromas gives it a beautiful and charming nose. The mouth bursts with white flowers, citrus and spicy flavours. With just a hint of bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the millet and the corn, this beer offers a truly refreshing taste

Established 1854. By Felix Verscheure, greatgrandfather of Omer Vander Ghinste, in Kortrijk. Brasserie LeFort became part of the Brewery Omer Vander Ghinste in 1911. LeFort is a dark, complex ale with an intense taste. Refermented in the bottle.

A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version.

Niche Peach Connoisseur 5000 continues our series of giant totalitarian robots imposing themselves on us puny humans!

We conditioned this colossus on a whopping 500 g. / L of peach, mirabelle plum, and apricot purée and concentrate. We then tamed this stonefruit brute with an an inkling of vanilla and sea salt, smoothing it out.

The result is a golden orange treat with a slight yellow head

This gorgeous smooth fruity red puts Spain's best foot forward every year with its spicy aromas and ripe smooth fruit flavours. 

Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc

Winemaking: Cabernet and Merlot grapes are vinified and aged separately in French and American oak barrels, before being finished.
Controlled extraction – 3 weeks maceration with daily pumping over

Soil: Combination of clay, limestone and gravels.
Climate: Oceanic and mild climate.
Aging: Aged in oak for 6 months.

Tasting notes: Intense and brilliant red color. Expressive nose of small black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) with delicate roasted notes (cocoa). Fruit driven on the palate, supported by present and well-integrated tannins. A long and spicy aftertaste.
