This wine is a deep red with a bright magenta hue. On the nose there are vibrant aromatics of red and black berry fruits, a lift of violet florals, clove spice and mixed garden herbs. The palate is dominated by a lively burst of berry fruits, which are well framed by fine, powdery tannins. Juicy plum and blackberry flavours persist through the finish, with sweet spice to close

Chillable reds are a fabulous new wine trend where softer styles of red winemaking lend themselves ideally to a light chilling. This is a great example from Chaffey Bros in Australia. It is a juicy little blend of Grenache and Mourvedre, made to satisfy red and white wine drinkers alike. This is a pale red wine with bright ruby colour and flavours of bold raspberries and ripe cherries. It's made to drink lightly chilled and works a treat in the hot Australian heat, the country in which it was made. It travels well too… Buy at least a bottle to enjoy on warm days and nights.

Al Muvedre is a varietal Monastrell from Alicante created by Telmo Rodríguez.

The grapes come from old vines in vineyards located in the town of Monóvar in the province of Alicante. The harvest, done by hand, is performed in late October, and goes through a process of fermentation in stainless steel and concrete. The wine is full of purple fruit, black olive tapenade and spice, a rustic, exciting expression of Monastrell.

First brewed in Mexico over 100 years ago when three Germans opened the brewery in Mazatlan on the Pacific coast. Clean and refreshing, the perfect quencher on a hot day with a slice of lime in the neck.

Larry McKenna loves a Chardonnay made in a fresh, crisp style with creamy texture but balanced by bright acidity, a medium to full body and a long finish. So, if big buttery Chardonnays are your thing, this wine will meet your hopes in a textural fashion. Which is another way of saying, try this great white made in a fresh style.

It's made from grapes grown on Te Muna Road, Martinborough, which were planted in 1999. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation with lees stirring to enhance texture and it aged for 11 months in French oak, 20% of it new.

Golden Valley is our homage to Orval, the Belgian Trappist beer that has served as a huge inspiration for our brewing philosophy at Slow Lane. A bitter ale fermented with a Belgian Abbey yeast strain and dry hopped with Styrian Golding hops, then can-conditioned with Brettanomyces to give the beer its distinctive complexity. Similarly to Orval, this is a living beer and its flavours will continue to develop during extended cellaring.

Supersaturated Hazy IPA is loaded up with our favourite NZ and US hops. It showcases complex citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes supported by balanced bitterness.

This beer is can-conditioned, naturally carbonated via a refermentation in the can. The refermentation process also absorbs any residual oxygen ensuring maximum hop freshness. It may take longer and require more work, but that's how we do things at Slow Lane. Prioritising beer flavour over efficiency.

KONG is a brand new Double Dry Hopped DIPA crafted on a foundation of premium New Zealand malted barley, oats, and rolled spelt. Lavishly double dry-hopped using our innovative Clean Fusion™ dry hopping technique, with a hot-side addition of Citra Dynaboost® adding an extra layer of hop character and complexity to the Wai-iti, Southern Cross, Rakau, and hand-selected Nelson Sauvin hops we’ve got in this foil suited hop tube. Papaya Don’t Preach is a blend of four of our golden sour barrels that had been aged for 11 months. We then added the sweet red flesh of 350 Queensland papayas and aged the beer further. The tropical fruit flavours from the papaya complements the acidity and light funk of the base beer.

Czech it - Our most complex, tedious, and rewarding pale lager yet. The Chosen One arrives as a triple threat: an ancient low-dissolved-oxygen method, a Hochkurz-style step mash, and a meticulously followed water profile inspired by none other than ancient Plzeň, from which this style gets its name. Traditional Bohemian malt and hop cones, the finest water, and European yeast combine in perfect harmony to form The Chosen One.

Area Codes is a brand-new, post-modern West Coast IPA that flaunts a mighty crowd-favorite—hand-selected Riwaka from our homies at Eggers Hop in NZ—alongside a kiss of NZ Cascade, a simple malt base, and a traditional, super-clean, neutral yeast strain, all enhanced by our signature Clean Fusion™ dry-hopping technique.
