1800 tequilas are made by Casa Cuervo from 100% blue agave. The name comes from the "historic event" of aging tequila in oak for the very first time. The line was first launched in 1975 as a premium sipping tequila. 1800 Reserva Reposado tequila is the first of the sipping tequilas launched by Cuervo and called the "original premium tequila." The tequila is aged for at least 6 months in French oak.

Founded in 2006, Aviation gin takes its name from the Aviation cocktail, which was created in the 1900s. The gin takes a Dutch style rye spirit base combined with with juniper, lavender, anise, sarsaparilla, orange peel and cardamom, and the botanicals are steeped in grain spirit for 48 hours before they are redistilled. A pretty intriguing tipple, with a very handsome Gatsby-esque bottle. A fabulous gin to go its eponymous cocktail, though we wouldn't suggest you wing it. (Geddit?) Crisp notes of juniper on the nose alongside delicate floral sweetness, parma violets, a touch of citrus peel and some green vegetal notes in there too, with a pinch of spice. Wonderfully spicy notes on the palate, more prominent than on the nose, cardamom shining through and a scattering of cinnamon, with floral notes continuing. Spices linger though the finish, along with the return of citrus peel. 700mL 47%ABV

Jean Foillard is one of Beaujolais’ most renowned producers and he makes this wine from a single vineyard in the famous Cote du Puy sub-region. Foillard’s wines are extremely complex and deep for an area known for light, juicy reds. 

Hand harvested without destemming, cold carbonic maceration (4 to 7 ºC), alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 3-4 weeks, no sulphur added then 6 to 9 months in old oak.

Jean Foillard is one of Beaujolais’ most renowned producers. Foillard’s wines are extremely complex and deep for an area known for light, juicy reds. This is a high quality, classic expression of the Morgon sub-region. The Classique comes from vines of 20-55 years old, grown on mostly granite solis. Fermented 100% whole bunch, so some carbonic influence, ferment in concrete, then 6-9 months in aged barrique.

Green tea umeshu 720ml

Nakano umeshu, infused with green tea (ryoku-cha).

A refreshing balance from the astringency of green tea, paired with the aroma and tartness of Nakano’s umeshu.

A cheeky ‘chilled red’. Born out of the heartbreaking 2023 vintage in Hawkes Bay, Franco is the lighter, textural iteration of our Howell Vineyard Bridge Pa Cabernet Franc.

Still wishing to support our growers and the region during this difficult time, yet understanding that our ‘house’ style of Cabernet Franc would not suffice, we decided to create a delicious, prettier, chilled version (12%) - ‘Franco’. Garnet in colour. Brimming with notes of earthy wild strawberries. The palate is highly textural, and soft, finishing with bucket loads of flavour and warmth. Serve chilled.

Howell Vineyard, Bridge Pa Hawkes Bay. Red metal soils, densly planted with 27 year old vines at 2315 vines /ha.

A very challenging season. A moderate spring and average temperatures for ripening. Several significant rain events occured toward the end of summer, and the wet conditions continued into Autumn.

The fruit was machine harvested and delivered to the winery. It was destemmed into a small open top fermenter. Once fermentation began, naturally, it was innoculated and plunged twice daily. After fermentation finished it remained on skins for a further week prior to being gently pressed off. It remained in both stainless steel and neutral oak for 8 months and was filtered prior to bottling. Bottled unfined.

7.7% - Imperial Rice Lager with Yuzu

Kintsugi Imperial Rice Lager, cold conditioned for a crisp, clean flavour and then infused with fresh Yuzu. A beautiful balance of smooth, full flavoured, malt and crisp delicate hops, elevated to an even higher level with bright aromatic golden citrus. Kanpai!

Originally bottled in 2018 this blend of mixed ferment oak barrels infused with rhubarb and strawberry was tucked away to condition and mellow. What happened next? Was it lost, was it misplaced or did it simply slip from our minds? ?Rediscovered? five years later, like a well aged wine the beer is transformed with the glow of french polished teak, mellow fruit and delightful sherry like complexity.

Alba Coconut Sparkling Margarita - made with authentic Mexican tequila.

If you're anything like us, and a margarita is your go-to, you know that it's nice to add a twist to the much-loved staple. It's not news that coconut and lime are a match made in heaven - this is summer in a can all year round, whenever and wherever you want it.

We get our ingredients straight from the source for a super refreshing and subtle coconut flavour: coconut water, real Mexican lime juice, and NZ sparkling water, sweetened with only agave syrup.

8.0% - Hazy Double IPA

We’re heading south for our fifth collaboration with Boston brewing legends Trillium, down to Garston Hops in Southland’s Nokomai Valley. A massive dry hop of hand selected Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and NZ Cascade bring passionfruit, peach and citrus in this giant juicy hazy homage to one of New Zealand’s most exciting new hop growing regions.

Authentic Mexican Tequila, Mexican lime juice, agave, salt, and NZ sparkling water.

A classic southern Rhone white blend made up of 50% Roussanne, 30%
Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier and 10% Marsanne from Costieres de Nimes AOC. 

After a short skin maceration, fermentation is conducted at 18°C in stainless tanks
with no malolactic fermentation to retain as much freshness as possible.
The Grenache Blanc brings minerality, the Viognier brings aromas of apricot and peach and the Marsanne and Roussanne add citrus and floral complexity.
