Tasting Note: This limited-edition release represents a culmination of a decade of experience, successfully combining traditional distilling methods with our love of farming. The 10-year edition of our distiller’s garden gin uses 8 botanical we have cultivated in our Martinborough gardens to create a fresh and elegant dry gin.

Tasting Note: This isn’t just a beer. This is a full-throttle Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe war cry, echoing with citrus lightning and tropical thunder. A very Mineral expression of two grapes from the upper Duoro Valley: 

Rabogato a local variety, meaning cats tail, comprising nearly 80% of the wine offers an enticing bouquet of citrus, acacia, stone fruit, and minerals, with a salt-licked finish.

& Viosinho another local variety which tastes somewhere between Chenin Blanc & Gruner Veltliner. The golden apple, greengage plum & Beeswax from Chenin meets the white pepper finish of Gruner.

20% of this wine is fermented in Barrel & the rest in stainless steel gives this wine texture as well as fresh acidity & great minerality.

Voskehat is an ancient white variety indigenous to Armenia. It results in fuller bodied wine with flavours of stone fruits, flowers and delicate notes of herbs.

Tasting Notes
This is a dry, medium-to-full bodied wine with aromas of ripe apple, pear and honeysuckle balanced by a crisp, savoury herb backbone. Pale golden yellow in colour, it has a long finish and a pleasing minerality.

Zulal is crafted to rediscover ancient, nearly lost Armenian indigenous grape varieties. During the exploration of the Armavir Region, producers uncovered just enough Garan Dmak grapes - meaning “tale of sheep” - to create this special cuvee. Grown in volcanic soil at high elevations, this wine offers a harmonious balance of a full body and crisp acidity. It has enticing aromas of green apple and wildflowers, with flavors of white cherry, lemon zest, and caramel on the palate.

What do you do when life gives you whisky barrels? Make beer! We’ve jazzed up our popular sour barrel-aged beers with a hint of whisky, imparted by oak infused with the flavour of our very own single malt. For good measure, we’ve added a splash of lemon to make one refreshing, complex, and satisfying whisky sour beer. 

Triple Knot is a complex beer with a recipe inspired by Belgian Tripel ales. Our take on this traditional recipe adds a few botanicals and enjoys an extended maturation, allowing the beer to soften, and the higher alcohols to smooth. This brings the botanicals together to create a rounded finish, whilst promoting the bready flavours from the yeast.
